Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Had a great lunch. The staff was very happy and working hard. Thank you for being one of buttes favorite places.

Giving one star because I can't give 0. Got here had to wait 15 minutes to be seated which would have been fine if other groups with the same amount of people who came in after us didnt get seated before us. Then once we got seated and ordered we had to wait an hour for our food to even get to us. Our waitress never came around to ask for refills and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Overall very displeased with the service.

Great staff. Excellent food. Wife and I split a (not sure the name) huge breakfast - 2 eggs, pancakes, toast, ham, sausage links, and a beef sausage. Only complaint, table could have been cleaner.

We were told something was wrong in the kitchen so we could not eat. The employees (way to many) were acting like they were on a holiday. I asked how much a food item in the food case was & the was maybe $3.00 or $4.00, or more up around $4.95 really not to sure. How about a pie then? Oh they are all different prices I could never get a straight answer on anything I asked. So left & went someplace else to eat. No more Perkins in our future.

Absolutely love it the people are nice when you come in there nice it's always nice mellow crowd if anything it's so peaceful I love it there I could actually eat a whole dinner Wen generator that cannot it's that peaceful and you can see it from the highway. Excellent breakfast excellent dinner excellent lunch excellent service. 6 Stars a my eyes but I can only give you a five.

I was just wondering if Perkins is going to a self serve. I came in there, I think I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to my table to get the drink order. Finally some server by the name Barbra showed up and I ordered Hot Chocolate. It surprisingly came fast, then I ordered my main meal. It also came out pretty fast as well.
I go to Perkins restaurants because they have really nice food. I never saw my server again. When she dropped off the food she also dropped off the ticket.
So what happens if:
1. There is something wrong with the order(there was)?
2. What if I wanted a refill on my Hot Chocolate (I did)?
3. What if I wanted to order dessert (I did)?
I figured that she was busy doing something else (not taking care of her customers). Oh the thing with the meal she delivered a little thing of butter. While I was standing in line to pay I flagged her down and asked why was there a thing of butter she said for the rolls, but we are out!
So I asked my self couldn’t you have brought me a substitute?
The final question:
What part of the price we pay goes towards the food?
What part of the price we pay goes towards service?
Next time I am in Butte Mt I will probably not go to this Perkins Restaurant!

Love going for a special morning breakfast with my kids! They have always been on the ball for service and quality! Getting us fed and out the door with time remaining for an on time drop off at school! It is a monthly tradition with me and my kids! I love it & most important the kids love it!

Really good food. Staying next door ar BW. Got a discount, very friendly hostess. Had a top sirloin (cooked perfectly and husband had chicken fried steak. All was delicious

This was ok. I ordered to go. The young lady standing at the podium looked like she was caught in headlights. I asked for an take-out out menu. Again the look. Many new younger people work there.

Service is prompt and courteous. I have yet to be served a bad meal here. The last time we were in, I had ordered the crispy chicken salad and I thought it was excellent! The kids and husband enjoyed their meals as well.
