Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Went in here rather than fast food. It had amazing service from the start to finish! The food was good and. Our server kept checking on us even though the restaurant was rapidly filling up. We will be back! Because those pies looked fantastic and I want to buy one next time!

Stopped for dinner last evening and the service was terrible. It took over 15 minutes to get 2 glasses of water and a soda, and they didn't even have the right table to take the drinks to. We never received one refill on our drinks after that. I then waited almost an hour to get our food and my food was cold and missing the side of hollandaise sauce. I promptly had to ask 2 times to get my side after another 10 minutes. Thus my food was really cold by then. They offered to warm it up but I didn't want to wait any longer. They definitely were not staffed appropriately for the number of people. When speaking to the manager, he was rude and said they were getting food out as fast as possible. I informed him that I also didn't appreciate hearing about how my waitress was vomiting. The manager did a terrible job with customer service and made a smartalik remark as we left the restaurant. Very disappointed with the service.

We visited Perkins for a late dinner on Father's Day. There was a line at the door. I have a family of 7 and 4 young kids. The kids were hungry and tired. The guy at the front said he'd get us in. He asked a waitress passing by if she'd take us in back. She quickly replied no. I'm *'+#$#& right now. He quickly sat is in back. A guy with dark longer hair who was so helpful and nice took our drink orders. We were greeted by our waitress who took our order. I asked her name and the other guys name when she brought our meal. His name was Ethan and her's was Merisa. She was so friendly, up beat and spot on. She paid attention to my kids. My daughter has speach problems and it takes her longer to get her order out she was as patient as could be. I worked in this industry a long time and can't say enough about their professionalism and customer service. The food was also very good. The portions were also good. They were out of a lot of things. We were given other options. I would of given more stars if I was able

Very American cuisine. The wait staff was courteous, prompt, and competent. My family had dinner on the last leg of our road trip and things went very smoothly. (Even with the 4 year old.) Good American comfort food.

Took about 20 minutes to get my to go order, got a normal classic cheeseburger it was pretty dry and had no flavor.. the cashier boy was nice and was attentive. Had one boy doing lots of cleaning tables, cashiering, answering phones while a few waitresses came out of the back looked and would walk right back then their kitchen door.

I want to love this place. The restrooms aren't just clean, they are OCD clean. The booths are sparkling, and the restaurant is obviously run by a neat freak. All things I approve of wholeheartedly. And the food is excellent--when it came. It took a very long time, although to be fair we arrived around four pm and from the yelling in the back I think it was shift change. kudos to the cooks for being professionals and not messing up our food just because they were mad at the sudden influx of customers. Unfortunately the service was slow like a snail on crutches. Nice and friendly, but super slow. This isn't the place you want to go when you need to get back on the road quickly. And the pie was excellent as all the older folks eating "pie and coffee" attested.

The pot roast is to die for. Very big serving. My husband got the meatloaf it was also very good but it wasn't a big serving at all. The service was also very friendly.

Always great "down home" and very attentive staff!!

Food quality is solid, not spectacular but always consistently good. Service is excellent! The fact that you see the same staff with little turnover during the 11 years I've been eating there says volumes about good management who care about their staff.

Very slow service. I ordered a magnificent 7. The waitress didn't know their menu well enough to get the order correct. She went and asked the cooks and they also said the meal didn't come with bacon. She even got the asst manager, all she did was make excuses, didn't try to fix the issue. Very bad experience.
