Nice, clean restaurant. Good staff. Quick service. But toast was not really toasted and the hash browns were a bit burnt. Everything else was good.

Ordered a 2 egg, 2 strips of bacon, and 3 pancake combo and was incredibly underwhelmed for the price and quality. I received one and a half strips of bacon--not even two full pieces. It wasn't even like it was a full strip that had shriveled up to the size of a half strip, it was two inches long, completely baked flat. The two scrambled eggs were worse. They reminded me of when I was a child and my mother would crack an egg into a bowl, whip it, then microwave it for a minute. These eggs were pressed flat to the width of two quarters and rectangular in shape. They were rubbery and chewy. I couldn't stand to finish them even with ketchup. The pancakes were tough and my toddler didn't even want to eat them. They had plenty of butter, but the syrup container was low.

My kids were excited about the free cookie that came with their meal. They picked out the frosted sugar cookie with sprinkles. However, it is frosted with a lemon frosting, and they ended up taking a bite and not finishing.

Stopped for a late breakfast with my son. The staff was very cordial and professional. We were seated immediately. There was a modest crowd there. The waitress came and took our drink orders, coffee for both of us, and water, too. The menu had much to offer for all sorts of appetites and it took me a few minutes to decide. My son knew what he wanted and ordered. I quickly as scanned the breakfast offerings and made my choice. I forgot something in the car and ran out to get it. By the time I returned the meals were on the table. Everything was tasty and the coffee was perfect! Just dark enough without being bitter and just the right temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a great experience. I heartily recommend Perkins Restaurant and Bakery.

Came late on a Tuesday, about 30 minutes before closing. Tried to order Meatloaf-out. Mashed potatoes- out. Baked potato-out. But we did get to order chicken fried steaks, pork chops and chicken tenders, corn, green beans and a salad. All the food we got was super good. Tender. Just great. Prices were normal low $$. They have a 55+ menu that saves about a dollar. They also have breakfast all day but we didn't try it. Staff was polite too.

It's convenient!

But the food was....not the best. We understand it's a chain restaurant, but some of the orders I got were not entirely edible. The strawberry roll-things for an appetizer were far too sweet and not at all what was pictured (it showed deep fried rolls of strawberry and cream cheese....what I got was rolls filled with bright pink artificial runny paste for example).

The rest was OK. Not memorably bad enough, but definitely not noteworthy good either.

Food was good! Service was exceptional! Waitress was very perceptive that we were discussing a sensitive topic and provided great service, but very respectful of our privacy!

The restaurant is in the BW hotel. At dinner time the floor was filthy, and no one seemed to care. We were seated by the kitchen entrance and the floor where servers walked to and fro was puddled with water and food scraps. There was a mop resting right there, but no one thought to use it- I almost did for safety sake. The service was pretty good, the food looked really good, but the salmon was old and not tasty. Breakfast next morning - floor was cleaner, staff friendlier and more professional, food better, but not worth a trip there.

We ordered the magnificent 7. The food was tasty, hot and fast. Great value for travelers like ourselves! Our server Marissa was attentive and always had a smile.

We have visited this Perkins many times. Our latest visit was consistent with prior occasions. The service and food are both surprisingly good for the price. It’s a great place to bring kids. It is connected to the Best Western and is the main reason to stay at this hotel on a stopover.
