Mazevo Coffee

Got a dirty chai and a drip for my friend. The chai was good, but the mix Didn’t get fully mixed in so I had a huge clump of dry chai mix at the bottom of my cup.

I really love coming to Mazevo to get coffee and meet with friends. I would usually recommend it to friends and family but not this location. I have been going through the drive through and they totally ignore me. I can tell my drink is ready but they don't give it to me in a timely fashion. They have their backs to the window and glare at me when I give them money. My drink is also never consistent when I go back.

Another reason why I love Mazevo is the atmosphere, I normally go to work on homework, however the staff at this location have been distracting, loud, and upright annoying. Many times they have turned the music volume up and down, made crude jokes, and have ran around the store while paying customers are trying to relax. I attempted to have a small group at this location but the cashier was rude and then asked for a tip as I was leaving, regardless of the tip I had already left for them.

I have noticed that it has gotten sloppy. I feel disgusted looking around at the dirty floor and uncleaned tables. I do love Mazevo, its local and has good coffee, but I will not be returning to this location on Central. Thank you.

Best coffee shop in Billings & the best I’ve ever been to. The employees here will always greet you with a amazing attitude. They are patient when you (the customer) are ordering. They even offer suggestions that are appealing. The vibe always fits the weather outside it seems. This shop exceeds any standards the management & employees have set.

I love their coffee so much! Such a good vanilla latte. Best one in town. I am so glad that they have a drive through at this new location. The staff is always so nice and the service is awesome!

Prices or good, food and beverages are great, service is a little slow but worth it!

What a great place. We decided to grab some coffee before starting our Mother's Day shenanigans. Everyone was so kind and the coffee was fantastic!

I'm from Texas and have family hear and when I come to visit love coming to this place. Love atmosphere, MT vibe and the coffee is great and there breakfast is very good.

Stood at the counter waiting for service. I was the only customer at the counter. There were 3 employees talking to each other and a customer across the counter. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes politely making eye contact and smiling at the employees. I was not asked if I had been served or if I needed anything. This was not a rush hour, and there was not a line of cars outside. This is an example of bad customer service. There were 4 employees behind the counter, and 3 of them were chatting and ignoring the customer waiting at the till. Highly dissatisfied with this experience. I walked away after watching 75% of the staff ignore me.
