Of all the Mazevo locations in town, this one is the most disappointing. The coffee is lukewarm and bitter. The staff are inattentive. The temperature is freezing and makes it difficult to sit and work. Checked the thermostat one day and it was at a balmy 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Guess the owners can't figure out how to run all locations at the same quality and standard.

One thing I do like is the location of this place. It's convenient and in a concentrated area to other businesses.

Setting: lots of seating and modernly designed! Can get busy but seats open up.

My latte is always perfectly made the way I order it! Staff is friendly and service is timely. I go through the drive thru usually. I like a coffee place that has a quite, relaxing environment and unfortunately, the inside does not provide that experience for me. I am not against a kid-friendly establishment, but they should be sitting and using inside voices. There are other venues for kid play.

I have been coming to this location for years and I’ve got to say, the new manager has really turned the place around. Just overall such a good atmosphere and looks so much better. The staff seems happy to be at work.

I’ve been to this one a few times and every time something is wrong with my order. This last time I bought two bacon burritos. When we got home we realized they were sausage. I called the store to try and let the manager know and it went straight to voicemail. There was a message stating that I needed to give my name number and a brief description then my call would be returned. It then told me that the mailbox was full and wouldn’t accept more messages. Clearly they won’t be returning your call anytime soon. This is ridiculous since Grand does wonderful service and I haven’t had any issues with my orders when I go to Grand. It’s farther from my house but obviously worth it.
