Mazevo Coffee

Molly is the best barista! I've gotten different items everytime I've gone and it's all been excellent! Can't recommend this place and Molly enough! Thanks for your continued great service!

I love Mazevo in Billings but have to tell you about my experience today because if I were the owner I'd want to know. I go to Mazevo at least twice weekly to the one on Grand but today went to the Central location. Was with 3 other friends and we all ordered coffees. Two ordered drip coffee and two ordered Mochas. The mochas came out first after quite a long wait. The bad part was they weren't warm. I took it back and they heated it up but it was still the same. Finally I said to please make it hot! Meanwhile the two that got a drip still didn't have theirs. When they finally got them theirs were luke warm. All coffees had to be warmed a few times. Everyone was nice to us but there wasn't anyone in your store except us at this point. I could see 6 workers sitting on the counters and on their phones. Dirty dishes all over the tables etc. Very strange experience. I won't be going back to the Central location. :(

Tried to order 2 pour overs this morning. We waited for 45 minutes and still had not received our coffee. I asked a barista and she said it was still brewing while she was working on other orders and the Chemex was sitting empty on the counter. I asked for drip to go instead because we had been waiting for so long and needed to get on the road for a 6 hour drive home. We didn’t receive a refund, an apology, or an explanation. I know that Sunday mornings are busy in the coffee shop but being a Barista myself I don’t appreciate our order being skipped.

This place was very cold and unwelcoming. Our drinks were so awful we only had a couple of sips and threw them away. The girl who took our order was nice, but everything else was not enough reason for us to ever return.

Very easily the best coffee in town. The staff at this location are always so friendly, laughing, and having a good time even when they are crazy busy. I appreciate that because it always makes the customers feel welcome!

I love Mazevo's, but I'm always torn between locations. The service is always nice at this location, and the atmosphere is great, but the drinks are a bit inconsistent. Depending on who makes the drink, it's either perfect, or sickeningly sweet. If it were more consistent, and if they had natural syrups (some have artificial color/flavor), it would be 5 stars. Wish they made their own syrups/flavors!

Mazevo is a wonderful little shop with ample seating and a friendly environment. There are a couple nooks for you to squeeze into if you need more privacy or quiet. Additionally there is a conference type room with a table and seating for meetings, studies, and the like. Be sure to book it if you need it for extended time!

Great staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Loved the building, interior, and exterior seating with fire pit. Unfortunately, I personally didn't care for the coffee here. I frequent a lot of espresso bars, as well as local chains like City Brew and national chains such as Starbucks, but the latte & cappachino we ordered here had a very unique flavor that we just didn't care for. I'm sure based on the many other great reviews that other people enjoy it though. :)

My daughter ordered a SURPRISE 'Valentine lunch' on-line for me & my husband for after church service. The meal was hot and ready to eat when we arrived. And the service was great. We were greeted with smiles and they heated up my husband's coffee graciously.

It was pretty cool that my daughter could surprise me with this, though she is in L.A., right on Valentine's Day. Thx, Mazevo! 😊
