-Self serve Coffee was not even warm
-They had no sugar packets at the table
-You have to stand in line to order your food … then you go get your own table
-It felt like I was getting food from Panera bread co
-The steak was medium rare but it was still dry and chewy
-The decor is nice
-Not a destination spot … more like … “if you’re looking for something different and new” spot.
-I had to order our mimosas all at the same time, or risk having to stand in line over & over again … but the mimosas were pretty good.

Delicious popovers with lots of fun dips to try. The price is also great - $6 for 6 popovers and 3 dips.

Yellow decor inside environment , if you want a good coffee I don’t think so it is this place . The food was decent.

The eggs was overcooked. The becon was overcooked. The waffle didn't taste good at all. I don't recommend

Coffee and scone. Nothing special, the food the rest of the group ordered seemed decent. The scone was really disappointing, dried out, crumbly, flat and lacking real flavor. The self serve coffee was almost empty with hours old coffee. Must have caught them at a bad time. May have to try them again.

Nice location. Decor matches the name. Interesting departure from typical restaurants. Our meals didn't sit well. Might give it another whirl on the next trip to "the Lou".

I used to love this place, it has fallen off tremendously. Do not recommend….

Popovers- cold in the middle
Pesto spread- gross, no flavor
Eggs Benedict- 🤣🤣🤣☠️☠️☠️ Done!!!

I went there with my cousin and sister this past Saturday for brunch. We each ordered an entree, cocktails, and two hot beverages. After waiting about 20 minutes for our food, the food runner eventually came out with my entree, but incorrect platters for the other who guests. Our waiter returned to the table at least 3 additional times to ask what their orders were. We sat there almost 30 additional minutes before he brought out my cousin’s food. He was almost combatant with us when they repeatedly corrected him when he repeated their orders back to him. My biscuits and gravy were cold and the biscuits were hard and flat.

Such an Amazing place!! A coffee place with a gorgeous fire place, delicious food and coffee. 5Stars with honors!

We had a table of 12. So we waited an hour to get seated, that was fine. After sitting TWO HOURS LATER half of our group were done eating and the other half didn’t get any part of their order. The waiter was nice and he apologized but had to come and retake our orders multiple times, then we watched at least 6 table that came in after us get their food before us. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it was an awful experience.
