So, unfortunately today is more than likely my last day going to Blondies. I have been patronizing them since 2013 and have never had a bad experience ever. I work part time at a hotel and when the guests asks me where to go to eat. I don't even reccomend my hotel. I recommend Blondies. No more, my order was incorrect and inedible. The manager was also unwelcoming and not receptive to an experience I had. I wasn't asking for anything. I simply informed her about the last time I purchased coffee for my husband. So, it has been a great 9 years of supporting what I thought was an inviting, reasonableprice, inclusive establishment. I am very saddened by Khalysta's response and ability. In addition, the contact information she gave me for the owner according to your own website seems incorrect.

One star is being generous for this pathetic establishment! I arrived for some breakfast at 9:40am. The small dining room had a few tables open and many more on the patio. I was shown to a table at the rear of the room on a slightly elevated section with two small tables and two lounge chairs. I waited about 10 minutes for a waiter to arrive and immediately ordered coffee and Eggs Benedict. I then waited about another 10 minutes for the coffee to arrive and then after sitting there for another 45 minutes and still no Eggs Benedict with the frazzled waiter stopping by 3 times to assure me that the Eggs Benedict would be "right" out.
After the 45 minutesI left the table and went to the front and asked to speak with the manager. The clueless and very young "host" that seated me then came over and explained that he was indeed the "manager". Trying not to laugh I explained that I had now been in 'Blondie's Coffee & Wine Bar' for about an hour with nothing but coffee. This clueless manager then asked what table I was seated at, not even remembering where "he" had sat me. I then showed him where I was seated as he stated that he would check on my order. I then explained to him that he needn't bother as I was no interested in having breakfast in such a miss-managed restaurant.
This gross lack of service and attention was also inflicted on the gentleman that was seated next to me as he was becoming very frustrated that no one had yet come to his table in over 10 minutes. Three ladies sitting on the sofa had ordered prior to me and had yet to receive their breakfast when I left making their wait time well over an hour. Of course they brought their wine order right away...I suppose the management and staff like to get the guests a bit lit so they are unaware of just how long the food takes to arrive.
I cannot and will not recommend this incompetent establishment to anyone unless you are looking for and fine with a 2 to 3 hour breakfast!

We were so disappointed, we were really excited for the popovers etc but it was entirely underwhelming. The eggs were cold and unseasoned and we weren't offered seasoning of any kind. The service was apathetic at best and bordering on rude. The toast was inexplicably wet. We won't be going back.

Went there yesterday and ordered se carryout, just something simple, popovers coffee and a sandwich. Had to wait for an hour before we got our food! I understand places are short staffed right now and was fully understanding of that until a party of 4 that came in well after us and that were dining in got served their full breakfast meals before us. Food may be good, but service was horrible.

Great place to sit and relax. The service is excellent, the food is super tasty and the coffee is hot!

I stopped in for a latte and just tried their seasonal latte chocolate banana. It was fantastic. The food that was coming out looked outstanding so I would definitely try some food next time!!

Brought my 2 sons in for some sight seeing. Went to Blondies on a Tuesday morning. I was undecided on breakfast scrambler or waffles. Menu states "3 waffles". I asked the cashier how big the waffles were she stated they were the size of a man's palm.. I ended up getting the breakfast scrambler and a lot of the potatoes were burnt.. I didn't say anything and just went on with my day... On Wednesday we went back and I decided to try the waffles. There were NOT 3 waffles, it was ONE waffle cut into 4 pieces. I asked the "manager" who was the cashier on this day why there wasn't 3 waffles like I had been informed the previous day. She stated "Menu changed a long time ago. Sorry. Not sure what you want me to do...." I explained that I was dismayed the menu still clearly stated THREE WAFFLES..." She got dismissive and said "Well, I already explained the menu changed a long time ago.. Not sure what you want me to do.. I can give you a free waffle if you like.." I stated "Well, we ordered 2 orders for my son and I.. so can we get 2 waffles?" She said "No, I will give you one waffle... I really don't understand what you are upset about.. You got 4 waffle pieces... " The fact that she just didn't get what I was saying upset me.. She was very dismissive and acted like it was my problem and she didn't want to help. After a while of her being rude I used an expletive("this is a bunch of bull***!") and at that point she just told me that she wasn't going to do anything for me and I was being ridiculous for everything.. Just a very rude lady and she brought me to the point of using an expletive. I didn't scream and holler at her, I was just frustrated with her lack of caring or understanding. If the menu changes, then change the menu. It wasn't a paper menu, it was above the cashier. So only one place to change the menu. Don't advertise what you don't plan to give. Could easily have marked out the THREE portion on the menu above the cash register or warned me when I ordered it. We didn't go back again.

They clearly count on tourists for their business. I didn't see anyone that appeared to be a local. I guess that should have been my first red flag.

Friendly service...low key outside dining, & fire pancakes

Coffee was great, service was pretty good, I would say everything else was just ok. My sandwich was very soggy & they accidentally gave me potatoes instead of fruit. Glad we didn’t have to wait to get in or I’d probably be quite disappointed.
