Caribou Coffee

This was our first time trying this coffee and it is now our favorite! We went back the very next day for more, we’re hooked! Great staff and wonderful sweet iced coffee! Love that they have gluten free options for breakfast as well!

I’ve been struggling with how to rate this because I love Caribou. I always stop by in the morning on the way to work to grab coffee and food. But for some reason the last couple of months there’s been something wrong with the drinks. I don’t think the recipe has changed, so I think it’s the way they’re being made. For example, today I picked up a hot campfire mocha. It lacked flavor and was extremely watery. There was no whip or marshmallow. This is the fourth drink in a row I’ve thrown out because it’s too watery. I don’t want my money back. I just want non watery coffee.

First time at any Caribou Coffee, for we don’t have these in our locale. While the coffee was good, and is has the typical coffeehouse vibe, it was the service from the people here, which made a really good impression.

Being that I was a “rookie” with Caribou, I was given several reasons recommendations, and an unsolicited sample of the drip coffee. (The Mahogany was really good!)

Prices increased a little at beginning of year, but very affordable as compared to other similar establishments. Plus, the cleanest and best decorated coffee establishment in the larger NW region.

Caribou is hands down the best coffee/tea place in town. The drinks are always great and the barristas are always nice and willing to help customers with drink selections. Plus, it offers great spaces to talk, work or even have a small meeing...keep up the good work! Oh, and try the white chocolate mocha frozen blend.

Always good, always friendly and great atmosphere. The lodge feel and fireplace are nice touches. This is my favorite place in town to meet and have coffee. Have probably one meeting a week there. The drinks are consistently good and the other products offered are good and varied as well. Cody is always extra friendly and goes out of his way to assist customers.

My Mother and I stopped in for 2 caribou coffees, the iced FaLa Latte and the blended carmal high rise with an extra shot of expresso and extra whip. They were unfortunately not up to the normal standards of caribou coffees, and if we were still in town we would have returned to rectify the situation.

The mocha was okay, while nothing to write home about, this is definitely a neat little place to check out

Friendly service. Clean space. Lending library. Groups meeting at time of visit, enough space to do so, with it still being quiet enough to talk... attached by a walk through to a gas station shop (mini grocery). Excellent selection and tasting drinks and mini bakery

We really enjoy the drinks here at the St. Joe location. Service has always been excellent. Sometimes a bit slow but what line at a coffee shop isn't. We've seen a change in the employees and miss some of the old familiar faces as they were super nice. The newer ones I guess we will get used to as time passes. Disappointed that they have done away with the BOGO happy hours.

This was my drive-thru conversation with the employee Tuesday May 3, 2022 around 2:30 pm.
Me: Hi, can I please get a 12oz iced americano?
Emp: A what iced americano?
Me: What size is your small?
Emp: ... Idk, a small is a small. Our sizes are S, M, and L.
Me: Yes, but how many ounces is a Small? I've brought my own coffee cup but it's not very big so I need to know what size I can order...
Emp: Just pull forward and I'll look at the cup.
I pulled forward, the employee charged me for a M then proceeded to hand me a HOT americano. I don't expect coffee shop employees to know everything about coffee but you'd think an employee should at least know how many fluid ounces each of their sizes hold. Not icing it happens everywhere - aggravating but no big deal.

Fast& Friendly service. Americano w/cream was perfect. Nice atmosphere.
