Line was out of the door on Sunday. When I got towards the front of the line something happened and my party (2 people) waited 10-15 minutes to finally order. I got the avocado toast and an iced mocha for about $15. Very good price for that. Food came out rather quickly and I assume it was because of the hiatus with the ordering, but still very pleased with that. I would get the avocado toast again but you definitely want to ask for salt and pepper at the table. Overall the atmosphere was great but ordering a little slow. Food is good for the price.

The food was great! Fair amount of food for the price. Staff is really nice and kind, they have a really cozy vibe.

The bathrooms are really spacious and full of natural light. Big enough to fit a larger party (8 people) and they have plenty of room for a brunch date or fun family outing.

Definitely will be coming again.

Interesting location in Frenchtown just off of the Saint Charles Main Street.. The food was excellent we had vegetarian omelet with fluffy eggs, cook too perfection It has an excellent coffee bar bar and as we're tea drinkers I was surprised to find a very good selection of fresh teas to be made on the spot. The atmosphere is collectic , Comfortable but extremely stylish Lots of room in the main dining area as well as a back area that can be divided by a curtain for special events.. Outdoor seating for those beautiful days I highly recommend it breakfast and lunch is served open till 3 extremely friendly staff, just a wonderful experience in downtown Frenchtown

Cute place! Great food! Good coffee! Definitely worth checking out, all their decor has been repurposed from other places. We got to chat with the chef and another staff member. Super friendly, fun hang out.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious sandwiches, and good coffee. I was not a huge fan of the sidewinder potatoes. They were good quality, I just prefer a little thinner cut. The salted caramel cookie was just ok.

Words cannot begin to describe how DELICIOUS this place is! Food, atmosphere & coffee were all outstanding + kid friendly!

Crepes were amazing, avocado toast was perfect, biscuits and gravy were superb.

Don’t walk to this place….RUN! We will be frequent visitors now.

I can't say enough good things about La Belle Vie. My daughter and I went for lunch one day, and I ended up coming back 3 more times in the same week. My go-to has been the $13 lunch with French Onion Soup and half a French Dip. (I call it the double french 😂) I am very picky with both of those and always at least try them when I go to a new place. Hands down, La Belle Vie has the BEST French Dip and French Onion Soup. I've also had the Lake Bake and that has become my new favorite breakfast food. If only you guys were open before work, I'd probably stop everyday. Do yourself a favor and try La Belle Vie if you are in the area. You will not regret it.

Side note: Only thing lacking is the drink options. I can't drink coffee with food. A fountain style option would be amazing!!

Quaint Cafe in the Frenchtown section. Good menu choices, but no children's menu. Vegetarian options- they also carry oat and almond milks for an upcharge. E ordered the old fashioned omelet, fruit and cream crepes, the lake bake, a cappuccino, Chai latte, and hot cocoa. Portions are perfect and the drinks came out at a perfect temperature. Friendly staff- you order at entry, then choose your table. A number is provided and they bring out all good and drinks to your table. Seating is limited at busy times, but there is a bar with stools.

Excellent food. Presentation was gorgeous. The owner came out of the kitchen and asked how we liked a olive bread they are considering putting on the menu. Although this place is a 45 minute drive, I hope to be back!

Located in Saint Charles.

Everything has been delicious. Very busy, so expect a wait on line to order when you get there. Very cool atmosphere in a very quirky part of Saint Charles, but that's the thing that Frenchtown embraces the most. Totally worth going "off Main" to try this 2nd Street phenomenon. It's the place Frenchtown has been waiting to get for many years.
