A group of two who ordered after me got their drinks right away while I waited for ten minutes for a drink that didn’t even have boba that I was charged for. The drink itself was bitter and warm when it was supposed to be an iced vanilla latte. Never again.

sno has been my go to boba place for several months now, and i always recommend it if anyone asks. the drinks are always prepared quickly and, in my opinion, the tastiest. it’s an overall great environment :)

I have to stop here every time I'm at the mall. I love their Just Mango and Peachy drink. I'm obsessed with anything with jellies, but this really hits the spot. So good!

The gentleman was nice and had Kpop music playing. But the tea was not that great. You get a larger size here but not as good tasting. They also didnt offer us the lightbulb cup holder.
