If you want real boba tea, like the kind you get in Taiwan, this is not the place for you! The flavors were fake, the salted foam was not foam at all and they skimped on the boba. Save yourself from this overpriced “drink” and find some real bubble tea.

They accused me of forging a signature on my little boba card and I didn’t want to go back. I eventually came back and the blond girl who took my order was extremely rude to me and my friend. Definitely trying to find another place.

Their boba tea is so delicious! They are very fast, and I prefer the unicorn sparkle and strawberry pop, but I haven’t tried that many flavors. Out of all places, this is the best boba tea place that I have gone to so far. The people there are so nice as well!

I can’t help but stop by Sno anytime I go to the mall! My favorite boba drink is the Yuna Rose: strawberry, golden milk, and a hint of rose! Simce moving into the food court there is almost always a short line, but don’t be shy, it moves quick and is well worth the wait!

We love the bubble tea and shaved ice dessert! It's a bit of a wait for the drink or treat but it's well worth it. They are fun and delicious! We got the strawberry pop Sno bubble tea and the unicorn sparkle Sno Bubble, they come with cotton candy too!

The black crystal Boba is amazing! I tried it with the eye of the tiger! This is, by far the best Boba I've had in Springfield! No wonder they have a consistent line out the door! Environment 10, customer service 10, Boba 10/10!

Great place to get boba tea! This and societea are my favorites in town though societea has better flavors. Still, the London Fog half sweet boba tea is absolutely delicious. The ice cream is pretty good too.

The specialty boba flavors are creative and delicious, my husband loves the unicorn while I love the raspberry matcha (it have boba AND almonds in it, AMAZING) and you definitely got to try the shaved ice menu!

I went for the 1st time today and created my own drink. I suggest the green tea with mango flavor and mango bursting boba. Absolutely delicious 😋
