Scooter's Coffee

I go back and forth on whether I am a fan of Scooter's or not. For a long time, I didn't go back because they would frequently give me the wrong order or their coffees tasted weak. They seem to have gotten an entirely new staff recently and this has made a difference. The coffees are tasty, although I still get the wrong order sometimes as far as coffee and then don't know until I've already driven away. But even the wrong orders have been good, so could be worse. Bonus is that they have an app you can pay with very similar to starbucks.

Will continue going here over Starbucks every single time! Coffee is better, rewards program is better, staff is friendlier, service is quicker. They even offer a military discount—so thoughtful! If you haven’t tried their peanut butter cup blender before, make it your next order! So delicious!

I can through this location last night and I’ve never been so wowed by the customer service I received! Jay was an absolute start and a killer salesman! Which by the way that new muffin! How’s he talked me into it! And not only did we have a huge order we pull up and Mrs Grey damn near has our drinks already done! These two need raises and all the praise they can get. DO NOT loose them, truly diamonds in the ruff

i dont normally post reviews but felt todays experience needed to be known. I go to the scooters in nixa and the one on campbell quite a bit, im a hospice nurse so i drive all over. i dont normally have a bad experience and i prefer the drinks over starbucks. however I went to the one on campbell today around 10am. i ordered a medium caramalicious blender. when i got to the window nobody even looked at me, so i sat for a bit and listened to them talk about vinyl or something. when she finally came to the window she just said the price, no greeting or anything and the price was almost 8.00. for a medium blender? i asked her and said i thought the medium was around 5.00 and her response was "our prices go up randomly" uh...ok. since when? i paid it anyway and when i tasted my drink it was awful. it tasted burnt. ive never had a bad drink from scooters, but i couldnt even finish it. so not only did i pay more for what i got, i wasted that money on something i couldnt even drink. I hope nobody else has an experience like this and i guess ill go to nixa only from now on.

Great coffee, just need to add more cream to their Cold Coffee Cream Brew and more Vanilla. Great price for excellent coffee,teas, smoothies, blended coffee and vast variety of beverages. Awesome barista with great customer service skills fast friendly and prompt.

If I could give this place 0 stars , I would . I’ve been through here many times and they have yet to get my order right . For the price of the coffee , it’s not worth the quality ! If you ask for extra thick blender , it’ll always be runny ! Ask for caramel drizzle in the cup , they charge you for it but don’t put it in there !

They used to be a lot better! My last two visits were very disappointing! Ordered a triple shot on ice, and it was super weak!!! Don't know why all of a sudden the coffee is not as good as it used to be!? I definitely won't be going back anymore!

I don't understand why Starbucks is more popular than this place. They have better/more varied menu options, better food, and in my experience, better service. You can't hardly find sugar-free offerings at Sb anymore.

We love Scooter's! I got the hot praline coffee drink, and it was amazing!!

This is the first time I've ever had Scooter's and it was amazing. Great customer service and my Mocha Blender was wonderful. It definitely beat Starbucks any day.
