Dragonfly Tea Zone

First time at Dragonfly. The ingredients were freshly added to my drink and it was both flavorful and refreshing. The staff lacked some enthusiasm but were never rude or unprofessional. They offer a variety of teas, smoothies, and juices. From there you can add a booster shot of items like ginger with posted health benefits to inform your choices. Our beverages were cold and delivered at an average pace.

Love the tea but two girls who where there on July 11th, 2022 where talking smack on the people who ordered behind me and on other employees. I find that unacceptable:)

The young girl has attitude problem, agreed! We arrive at 5:50pm in front of the desk, she said we closed. Then I said google says you close at 6:00pm, then she said ok I will take your order. The experience with the girl is not pleasant. The two other boys are ok.

Really good bubble tea but I went recently and it was closed at like 8:45, while all the other food court places were open until 9:00. A cleaning person said the owner lets his employees close early because they live far away. I drove all the way to the mall for bubble tea and should have had 15 minutes to order.

Long line so you would think it was good then found out they messed up the order, when I did finally get the juice smoothie it was chunky and flavorless. Hit Smoothie King instead.

I would recommend signing up for their texting Rewards program, because you will get a buy one get one offer the next day. I also warned you, there's usually quite the line here, so if there's not take that opportunity! I personally recommend any of the milk teas, but you really can't go wrong with any of their ingredients. If you don't like it, they'll make it right

Workers are rude, they always are out of everything and act like it is an inconvenience to talk to customers would not recommend ever coming to this location because for a mall location that is open to a known time they never have the core products that make up 90% of their menu.

Passion fruit smoothie is great. Taro and lavender milk teas were good but the boba wasn’t great.

Was in line. Wasn't sure what to order. There was a person in front of me that worked at the mall and wasn't sure what she wanted and held up the line. Needless to say, I wasn't going to wait 10minutes to figure out what she wanted. I left the line after realizing that she wasn't going to order anytime soon. Didn't get asked if I knew what I wanted to order or if I had any questions?

12:35 and they just opened wont have their Boba Pearl's cooked for another hour. Daughters birthday and she wanted a boba drink. Hmmm. Poor service and excuses. Disappointed they couldn't prepare to be properly opened for the day of service.
