Always love coming here for my boba fix but today was different. Our drinks were great but the 2 girls working in the back were very rude and disrespectful especially to the family in front of us. As the family took their order The girls started to say rude stuff about the family and their kids right in front of us. Very unprofessional.

I have seen better. This shop is out in the open, which is great because it makes it easier to find. When I got there they said they currently canโ€™t make boba, which really defeats the whole point! Would hope they get that service working again. Very disappointed since we had to drive 30 minutes to get there!

David and this goth looking chick were at the booth. Online everywhere it says they open at 12pm. It is 12:16 as I'm writing this and he said they don't open until 12:30 because "he just got here" he even encouraged me to tell his boss, which tells me that the upper management doesn't take this business seriously and that he will not get punished for opening on time. Learn how to run an actual business.

I called before arriving to DOUBLE CHECK that this wouldn't happen and the employees didn't even answer the phone. When I brought this up to David he said that both he (and the other young goth girl) had just arrived

Young girls with attitude problems! Iโ€™ve been there twice and both time they have messed up my order. The first time they said sorry and it was okay. But today the girl gave me attitude because they didnโ€™t have mango boba and she decided to put whatever they had which I was not ok with. I asked for a refund she rolled her eyes and the other one laughed. Plus they said my refund was going to be available in 15 mins and itโ€™s been 5 days and no refund yet. So I guess they also steal ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

I would love for there to actually be boba when I come for bubble tea. Walking through this god awful mall is annoying in the first place. The last TWO times Iโ€™ve been here they have been out. What is the point of opening this place if you arenโ€™t going to keep it stocked??? This is the only boba tea place without having to drive to Kansas City. Very very very disappointed. Oh and at least last time they had a sign that said they were out. This time I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to be told they were out. I also called before I went to see if they had boba or not AND NO ONE ANSWERED. Get it together.

Worst Dragonfly I've ever been to, won't be coming back. Only good thing was the young man with the painted nails that took our order. He was super friendly and had great customer service.

I stood in line for 5 minutes before getting to the register which is where I stood for an addition 10 minutes while nobody took order. 3 people making drinks and nobody taking orders. They all ignored the ever growing line. Negative for service but good drinks.

Ordered 2 med. Smoothies, no one else was in front of me. The person making them must have been unable to see what he was doing because his hair was down across his face and glasses it took 30 min. Will not waste another minute there.

Great tea at a great price! Dont bother using online ordering for pick-up. They won't make it until you wait in line and ask for it, and they'll say it "just came through" 20-30 minutes later.
