Pancakes were cold eggs also service was great will try again.

The bagels on the smoked salmon benedict was not toasted. Major unforced error. Beignets were uncooked in the center. The service was nice but appeared to be overworked. Some of our order didn't come until we reminded waiter twice. I'd just break an egg at home next time.

I love the atmosphere here, the food is great as well. The only thing is the wait time, it could be a 90 to 120 minute wait time. I totally understand because of the 50 percent capacity due to COVID-19. One of the staff members told me to come during the weekdays in the morning, that is when it is slower. I came one weekday morning and she was absolutely right. I try to avoid the weekends because of long wait time periods. Overall, I enjoy the food and the service. I recommend people to try the black cherry mimosa with a Belgian waffle, so tasteful.

Kids requested a family breakfast outing so Another Broken Egg was the place we came to. Our server was friendly and took great care of us. All of the food came out in a timely manner, even as busy as they were, and it all tasted great. We will return soon.

The food is really good, but my waiter didn’t check on my table at all. Once We got our food, he came by and made sure we had everything, and he never came back. We were there For about 30 minutes trying to find our waiter because we needed refills. We finally flagged him down to get us refills, but by that time, we were done. The food would have been more enjoyable if I had something to drink with it. Then we had to flag him down again to get the check. That was weird.

Service was terrible. Waited 1 hour for table which was fine, we were able to walk around Renaissance. Took 20 minutes to order any drinks and we ended up ordering food at the same time. They brought the food 30 minutes later and we still had no drinks. His food was great, mine had an entire clove of garlic in it and it looked like someone put an entire container of herbs on the top. Overall spend 2:45 minutes there. Order Togo!

Food was good. Wait was long. Once seated we where by the server stand with 3 to 5 staff standing and chatting. Took about 15 mins for someone to turn around and wait on us.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Had a party of 10 for early breakfast and was set up in a very comfortable place and servers were on point and food was amazing!

Online order for pick up. We asked for sausage. Got bacon. Eggs tasted super gross and out of a box. French toast was crumbly and strange consistency. Only saving grace was that the bacon was pretty good. Even though we asked for sausage. Can’t believe this is considered one of the best brunch places.

I was visiting Mississippi with my Husband, Asriel. He is from Jackson, we live in the St. Louis area. He took me to the Renaissance Mall. The food and service was phenomenal!! We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch. I will definitely come by there again when I come back to Mississippi.
