Really good staff. I arrived at their walk-up window 10 minutes before they closed and they attended me really fast and got my order out quick.

I’ve gone a few times and each time new disappointments… They don’t offer a full menu, so no GF egg and provolone sandwich for those who are unable to have gluten, they were out of stock of things the next two times, and the last time got an iced vanilla white mocha, specifically asked for whipped cream and what I was given was so skimpy they could have used a flat lid instead of a dome. If people are paying $7 for a drink, don’t be so skimpy. I had such high hopes for this location too because I usually love Caribou..

Service was awesome, food was awesome, only let down was it's listed as dine in and there's no inside dining, just a patio like area outside the store, so ate in our car since it was early morning and quite chilly out

Every time I go my drink is filled with ice. I even took the ice out and my drink was not even filled to the black line on the cup like it is supposed to be.

Ordered a hot Carmel High Rise and got hot water. Thanks :)
