Egg-Cetera Cafe

Went there today with a party of six, the waitress started yelling at us and said we needed reservations. We asked if we could do 2 tables and she said no, go somewhere else. Yelling at us the entire time. I will never be back there again.
Adding to the owners response below, it is interesting you say reservations are required but the party before us did not have reservations and they got a table. The majority of the place was empty, I am not the first person to share this same kind of treatment from your staff. We ended up going to Pangea and they have far better customer service and food....

That is the best place to eat. Breakfast and service was amazing. The best around.

We didn’t know that we needed reservations. To be honest any other time when we have come there they had maybe one other customer. We were told very rudely that we needed reservations. And as she was walking back to the kitchen she was muttering loud enough that you can hear from the entry way about not having reservations. We lingered in the front for a minute trying to figure out where to go next. And an older lady came up and “yelled you’re leaving now”
We left and will NEVER be back. Congratulations you destroyed the friendly small town café.

The lady that seated us was kinda rude at first. This was my first time at this Cafe. Was asked if we had reservations..I said no and then she went and got menus went to a table by the window and motioned for us to come kinda rudely. Wasn't impressed one bit. The food was ok. My toast was so soggy with butter on top and crispy on the bottom which was weird. I had the eggs and hash. Eggs were good and the hash was extremely salty! I don't think I will go back to this place!

Went here for breakfast after visiting a friend so I am not from the area. We were greeted very rudely by the hostess stating we needed a reservation to guarantee seats when the restaurant was half full at 9:30am. We almost got up and walked out after the comment. Not even ten minutes later she made the same passive aggressive comment to a table next to us. They too, were jaw dropped with how rude the tone was. The food was very good and our server was nice. When I went to pay, the server pocketed all of my change, and didn’t give anything back even when I was holding my hand out for it. I asked about it and she immediately gave it back to me, must have just been the busy server brain. Additionally, no staff wore masks. I’ve worked in food service for over ten years and tend to be quite forgiving since I’ve been in that position, however this experience was very unsatisfying. As a server, even when you’re frustrated you need to put on a smile for the customers and the staff was very poor at this. I recommend making a reservation to avoid the passive aggressive comments.

It being the first time there we didn't know reservations are required but they still got us in. Breakfast arrived quickly and hit the spot. Waitress was great! Prices were very fair. Will be back for sure

I absolutely love their breakfast. Wonderful people and great service. I'll be back again.
