Egg-Cetera Cafe

Arrived more than an hour before close, the place wasn't even half-full, and we were refused service. The single gentleman ahead of us wasn't even allowed to sit at the counter. If you can't serve your customers, you should at least have the decency to put a closed sign out. We waited 10 minutes only to be refused service. I know times are tough, but there are better ways to handle things. We are now having breakfast at a packed family restaurant in Hopkins and will never attempt to go to your restaurant again.

Food was great, really enjoyed the small town feel.

Small town restaurant atmosphere. Friendly wait staff. Good old fashioned down home cooking! Specializing in all day breakfasts! As with most restaurants these days, they are short staffed, but they handle the rush very well! I had their signature omelette. Fantastic! Hash browns, perfect! Toast, great! Coffee? Ugh!
All in all, a great breakfast experience! I will most certainly be back!

Second time enjoying breakfast at this cute little out of the way place. Very good food and fun service with reasonable prices!

Nice quaint little local diner with an excellent breakfast menu. Lynn had eggs Benedict while I had corned beef hash and eggs. Perfectly executed dishes both. The pancakes were especially good! Very light with a hint of vanilla. Quick service too. We will definitely eat here again!

Only people waiting to be seated, staff just walking by, no one would even look at us. WAS NOT BUSY. Left since we were just being ignored.
Icing on the cake was watching from the parking lot, as I got my kid in the car seat, a different couple walk in and get seated in seconds.

Not sure where it says reservations are strongly recommended but.. We came in with my 82 yr old father who has a hard time standing. We stood up front for a good 13 minutes before anybody said anything to us. Then 2 families came in behind us with "reservations " and went right in and sat down. That was our queue to walk right on out. Poor poor communication. We have been coming there since your door's opened. We won't be coming back.

This place is a joke. Last time we came here they said reservations only but let us have a table and said we were lucky to be able to eat here. The food was mediocre at best. We tried to call for reservations today 8 times and the phone was busy. We did not know if reservations were still needed or if that was just a policy during the height of covid. When my son went in to ask if we need a reservation the lady was extremely rude. We will never go here again and make sure to spread the word to others not to go here. I don’t understand how a business can push away customers and be rude when they are not even busy.

Department 54 display was awesome. Pancakes were a bit tough. Ham slice was generous!

Went here on Father's Day with my kids and had the worst experience, terribly rude staff and they don't like kids apparently. Do not recommend, McDonald's was a better experience. Swearing in front of kids, such a same. Cannot believe this place is in business.
