Egg-Cetera Cafe

A lovely old-style diner. We tried the egg-cetera omelette. Delicious! Waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The environment is very Minnesotan. We strongly recommend this cozy diner!

Super yummiest, great tasting food. Very country honestly and reminded me of home as soon as I walked in.

Had steak omelet with hash, it's very filling. Steak and eggs cooked perfect, and staf very friend and forward.

Looking forward to when I can go back!

Agian I go and it still amazing food and staff, if you find yourself in waconia please stop by here for breakfast and show the staff some love!

Small town Cafe. With food that is very good. I will be back again. Would recommend to friends and family. Note: call ahead, service is not fast but not slow. They have a very nicely designed inside for that hometown fell. Nice job to the owner.

***Response to owner *** If you were cooking you don't know what was happening in the front of the house. And since you cooked it, who the heck uses canned gravy for Biscuits and Gravy and cuts up sausage links??? Now to be fair my husband did like his French toast, but it came with no butter and no one ever stopped to check and see how our meal was. 3/4 of my meal was not eaten. Rather than get defensive and attack, perhaps take the feedback and try to improve. That waitress with the red shirt shouldn't be a waitress. Servicewas horrible, the waitress was yelling at another co-worker. A couple came in and waited to be seated, something happened between the waitress and them that resulted in them leaving before being seated, after they left the waitress was complaining to multiple customers about the couple that left. Service was slow, place was dirty, waitress was rude and the food was horrible.

This is the sweetest coziest little cafe! Great find! All decked out for Christmas when I was there....my breakfast was so good, and the honey feeling was a real comfort..

Did not eat here because they don't allow orders to go. No takeout. We will have to dine In at some point. Looks yummy.

I love hometown cafes and Egg-Cetera did not disappoint. Good prices and generous portions made for a hearty breakfast. Nice big chunks of meat in the omelet. Will definitely go back again.

Food is good but a RESERVATION is required. As we sat for dinner I watched at least 5 families be turned away because they didn't have a reservation and the tables were mostly empty.

Throw in their misrepresentation of a MN statute and honestly, you're better off taking your business elsewhere.

Food was okay price was decent. Wait staff acted very much like it was annoying we were there.

I love this cute, cozy cafe! Great service, friendly staff, tasty food. What more could you ask for?
