Ruby's Roost Bakery & Coffee

Great Place and I don't agree with the poor review of running out of baked goods as a reason for 1 star. They do run out and would submit there is a reason for that - quality and great product . The coffee is great. Overall Quality and owners are wonderful. Great place !!

What a great coffee shop!!! I was not planning on eating the whole caramel roll, but it was the best my husband and I have ever had! Great coffee and cool atmosphere. Delish!

The food is good. I’ve known that for years. That being said, I cannot believe that, as owners and operators of this place, the staff choose not to wear face coverings or masks at Ruby’s Roost. Given 1) the uptick nationwide in cases, 2) the proven effectiveness of facial coverings in preventing spread of Covid-19, and 3) the fact that as operators of a bakery/coffee shop, they interact with hundreds of community members each and every day, of whom they could in no way be aware of any existing underlying health conditions or the immunocompromised status some customers may have, I cannot fathom the choice as business operators in the community to not take such a simple and easy protective measure for the safety and benefit of their customers and the community at large. Either A) they think it would be too burdensome to do so, B) they feel they are somehow making a political statement by choosing to disregard science and public health expertise, C) they truly don’t believe the science and public health warnings, or D) they just have little regard for the safety of others in the community. None of the above reasons are acceptable. I welcome a response or explanation from the owners. It’s a simple fix.

I'm not a coffee person, but the baked goods are amazing and their iced tea is my favorite. If you are looking for a friendly bright meeting spot with great people this is the spot.

I don’t usually review places but I have to say this place has wonderful service! And the coffee is delicious! Whenever I have work to do I always bike down and get a drink. It is such a great environment and the people are so unbelievbly friendly. 11/10 would recommend!!!

Super friendly staff. Their coffee is wonderful but its really the pecan and cinnamon rolls you need to go there for, they are to die for, but go there early especially on super nice days because even if they do make a bunch of extra batches they will sell out

A great family owned coffee shop! Greeted with a smile and friendly conversation every time I step in the door. A great place to sit and enjoy conversation with friends. And if that isn't enough everything tastes great!

Came in. Ordered a coffee. Place was clean. Kinda empty. Interesting decor. Average experience.

Great chai tea. Light, friendly atmosphere. Very nice stopping point.
