Ruby's Roost Bakery & Coffee

Stopped in for a quick bite and a coffee. Such a cute spot! Friendly staff, great coffee. Would have loved to hang on the patio if it was a little warmer. Next time!

We are in Ruby’s several times a week and always feel right at home. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We love the coffee, gluten-free quiche and pastries! Paige always greets us by name and with a welcoming smile!

Love Ruby's! So many great latte flavors and the scones are fantastic. They also had a gluten free quiche special. Everything I try there is always wonderful. I enjoy stopping in the neighboring book store if I have time after grabbing coffee.

My miel was great. Carmel roles were soft and yummy. Cinnamon roll was much drier and not as delicious. The dogs LOVED their biscuits!

Such a neat little coffee shop! The owners are the sweetest people, the service was phenomenal, clean, and of course great coffee! Their lavender vanilla latte was the best thing I've ever tried! Also blueberry muffin was delicious! They have gluten-free options too! Will be back! Thanks!

Perfect bakery and coffee shop. Amazing made from scratch pastries and the coffee is high quality and made well. Family owned and operated. I recommend the cold press as it’s strong and delicious. They have various trinkets for sale inside like coffee mugs, shirts, etc.

Ruby’s roast is the friendliest coffee shop I’ve visited. Paige always greets by my name and asks me “What’s happening today”. The people that work there are terrific and are always smiling. We are very lucky in Victoria to have Ruby’s 😎

We were driving around to find a good coffee place. Suddenly we saw it and decided to stop by. I really do enjoy my first experience here. I had caramel roll and hot cocoa. It’s a little bit sweet for me but I still love it. A cozy place to hang around. Will definitely come back.

Ruby's is our go-to! They're extremely kind and thoughtful and use ingredients that you can feel good about. Fresh coffee, and the world's greatest caramel rolls. Plus, organic dog biscuits for our pup! Highly recommend!
