Great croissants, Danishes, cookies, coffee, demi baguettes, and Bahn mi loaves. Great service and friendly staff. Can order ahead for pickup to ensure you ensure you get what you want.

I stopped in today to grab a coffee and gluten free blueberry scone...my Thursday routine. I spilled the entire latte in my car and Ruby's Roost remade it for free! It is such a treat to stop each week and I greatly appreciate their friendliness and attention to detail. Thank you so so much!

I stopped in to Ruby’s Roast while visiting Victoria for work and was pleasantly surprised. The shop was busy, bright and clean and I was greeted by friendly workers behind the counter. I ordered a latte and only wish I could have enjoyed it in store. Wonderful experience.

These guys are a gem in Victoria! They serve great coffee drinks and awesome baked goods! One thing that really stands out about them is their cool compostable to-go cups, it shows they care about the environment!

Our favorite place for coffee and a scone. Fast, friendly service and a great variety of bakery goods. Their espresso beverages are so good!

I rarely review places. But I will today.

The missus and I had perfect coffee (mocha and americano), and two amazing different scones- and one gluten free?! Very thoughtful in todays gastro-concious world. The gf blueberry was very good with just enough sweetness, and my ham+cheese (wha?!) Scone was creative and extremely tasty.
Super friendly, fresh baked goods, great coffee, clean and low-key hip boutiquey interior, huge windows to a view, LOCAL...what more can you ask??

My only slight 'beef' is their open hours- can sometimes be tough to get there [took me 6 months to actually make it in, closed Monday's and close quickly after lunch hours]
HOWEVER-
I very much regret my delay! Wish I had tried harder to get there sooner-
Best coffee and light breakfast fare in the area. Prices very reasonable for the locale. Make the effort to visit!

Ruby's will be our first choice from now on!

An absolutely wonderful place for locals, visitors, or cyclists to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or tasty pastry. I've stopped by this super bike-friendly coffee shop on many occasions to warm up my toes after a bitterly cold ride!

We live right in town & are very thankful that they are a part of our community! We each had coffee & it was very good but we shared a caramel roll & nearly fought over it....it was the best my husband & I had ever eaten & that would include our grandmothers!

Best fresh bake goods in the West metro. Actually worth the drive from anywhere in the greater metro! Coffee, lattes made with care. Friendly, fun vibe, superior service....all combine for excellent customer experience.

The bakery is great.Service is slow but super friendly. Many of the customers were aggravating. I was first in the parking lot waitin for them to open , several cars show up right at 8 and I get out of my car and others darn near sprinted to jump in front of me, that is just rude. One lady took over 10 minutes to order a few bakery items and coffee. Other than rude customers the bakery is great but they could move faster, especially with a line out the door.
