Excellent experience. My cappuccino was beautiful and delicious. My daughter said their jasmine tea lemonade was the best drink she's ever had. And to top it all off, the people working there were very friendly and professional.

Prices are a bit higher than other local shops. The coffee always tastes great! The spygirl or carmella are my go to orders.

Good quality coffees and baked goods, but *really* expensive for the size and quality. It's good, but it isn't the best coffee I've ever had. The shop is stylish, no question and the staff is friendly. Just a little too expensive.

It's a coffee shop, so the atmosphere is key. This is the best place I've found in the Macalester-Groveland area in St. Paul, MN.

I've frequented other Spyhouse locations and they've been great. The coffee at this one just missed the mark. I ordered a latte which came not fully filled and the taste was much heavier on the milk than usual, leaving the coffee taste muted and flat - not what I'd expect for an over $5 drink. Wouldn't go back to this location .

Love so much about this coffee shop. Lots of windows with trees surrounding, lots of natural light, super quaint interior, nice patio, good selection of drinks and pastries. Good service. So 5 stars so long as you don't need to "powder your nose."
A heads up, if you hear the call of the wild . . . the bathroom door has a very large window. There is no curtain obstructing the view from the hallway to the patio. The bathroom door window is translucent, leaning toward transparent. You can't make out facial features of the person seated on the throne, but you CAN make out body position and movements(!). This is baffling. Or sick.
Oh, the other things I loved about the shop: music, noise level was consistently moderate even when packed, and during lulls, the baristas quietly enjoyed each other's conversation. They only spoke loudly enough to hear each other. That was nice. Didn't have to tune anyone out.

Great place for a coffee! Nice atmosphere.

$4.26 for a plain black 16 oz coffee, I’ll never return. Talk about taking advantage during COVID. I’ll sit back and watch this small business fail as customers like myself never return. Very sad, as I do believe in supporting the small community businesses..the pastries aren’t any different than you’d get down the street from the chains, except they’re stale.

Nice little coffee shop. Good sweet treats that I believe they get locally too. Cute little outdoor patio as well.

There's this really cute lil barista that works there and she always has the coolest earrings on. On top of that, the chai and the coffee are top notch.
