Went in on a Sunday evening, the barista who helped us was quick and very nice. We received our drinks in a timely manner. My fiancee and I had a combined bill of around 15 dollars, but Spyhouse is a treat, and the coffee as well as the service reflect on that price. Anyone in the St. Paul area owes it to stop in at least once and try it. The Caramella was fantastic!

A beautiful sunny cafe with the kind of charm St.Paulites expect from MacGrovland buildings. The espresso is light roast, so be prepared for bright citrusy notes, which pair well every signature beverage.

Stay for a while to enjoy a quiet, work-centered atmosphere and perfectly queer music choices.

Easily the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. I would give them one star but the almond croissant was pretty good. Atmosphere is pretty chill, standard hipstery vibe, staff is cool.

Excellent coffee, the best around the area. Friendly baristas and yummy pastries. I love it 🥰

Came in early from the frigid cold and had a tasty cup of coffee and sat on a heated bench. It was a bit of heaven.

We typically absolutely love Spyhouse but had a pretty bad experience at the new St. Paul location. The barista working got really angry at us when my wife accidentally took the wrong drink after her coworker miscalled it. My drink was also wrong but after the first encounter with her I didn’t want to make a big deal about the second.

I’d also have to say the outdoor seating is incredibly awkward. It’s shared with someone’s yard or something and is sort of weird for a coffee shop patio.

The inside is nice, and I like the signs they put on the larger tables for groups. Hopefully it will cut down on the sea of people taking up large tables by themselves with stacks of papers and MacBooks.

Very nice interior, great and relaxing environment. Coffee was a bit more expensive than typical. If you are bringing devices make sure you bring them charged because from what I could see they only had one outlet

Mystique, esteemed reputation form with dried out baked goods substance.

Have visited the South Lyndale location and enjoyed tremendously. The new or location on Snelling is a place my wife and I had very high hopes for. It's quite near our home.

Stopping by today, a diminished selection of baked goods remained and what was on offer was dried out and rock hard.

The coffee was great but that's what you'd expect to at spy house prices.

Love this place. Super fast service and lots of seating.

First time checking out the STP location and not impressed. The arrogance of baristas now days is unbelievable. I don't think they realize that this is a service business and they don't get paid if they don't serve coffee. The "lost boys" were so rude and acted like it was not their job to take my coffee order or let me know where they keep the wifi password. Super lame, won't be back.
