Caribou Coffee

The coffee was too sweet. I ordered a mint mocha and it was not all that minty. I wasn't all that impressed with caribous quality control.

the customer service is not good at all and we were waiting forever for someone to take our order and then they forgot part of our order and they weren’t nice about it at all. they rudely gave us the other part of the order after about 10 minutes of waiting.

The coffee is ok, the lady Jen is terribly rude to all the other employees even in front of the customers. Hard to support a place that can not even treat their employees right!

They're improving with time. They started out pretty subpar but they have been better now recently
UPDATE: they're really good now. They've finally got their stuff pretty well set up and I'll definitely pop by for coffee more often. Unfortunately the iced tea is still unsweetened. But that may be a matter of options I missed.

They should probably should check the grind on the espresso as there have been multiple times my iced vanilla white mocha has been bitter.

There are a few really nice staff members here, and some not so polite. Also, be certain that you know the cost of your coffee before you apply one of your free Caribou perks add-ons. Three times I have gone there now and ask to use a flavor shot add-on in my usual caramel latte, and they tell me the price is the same as I pay it every other day that I'm there without the free add-on. After bringing it up to them to point out the error and ask that they adjust the price to include my free add-on, they are usually not so nice and try to argue with me that that is the price with the add-on service. When I ask them how it is the same price as my every other day order when I don't use an add-on, they look at me confused and then eventually adjust my total. Makes you wonder how many people are using their hard-earned Caribou perks points and not being given the discounts that they have earned? This should be basic training for running the drive-thru!

Great place with decent service I would recommend double checking your bagel orders before pulling away from the drive thru just to make sure things are correct but very nice people if you do have an order issue there is no hassle they just make it right.

I must say that thier bagels are good, in my opinion. I will have to come here again in order to get a wider taste of thier menu. But so far so good, probably my recommendation for coffee in the Princeton area.

Love going here. Food is great and really fast. Already done with the order shortly after paying. Caribou Perks app is definitely worth it. Can get expensive, but worth a treat once a week.

Expensive, as are all coffee shops. Usually can't understand the barista, so it's a good place IF I have my order perfectly ready when I walk in.
