Caribou Coffee

The staff is so very friendly!! Orders are prepared hot and fast! Waited in line today for over 15 minutes (must of just gotten super busy) but when I got to the window they had given me my order for free! That is some of the best customer service and for that I’ll keep stopping at this location!!!

Went to Caribou Princeton today when entered the door was yelled at that I needed a mask and wouldn't be helped. This was across the store. . really! When you have a auto immune disease and you can not do a mask because it effects your breathing u should understand facts before screaming it out at the whole store Mallory. I am very disappointed in the service and my order was completely wrong. Before I left I was told to use the drive thru vs coming inside, think someone needs to learn about discrimination and customer service. This waS totally out of line and wrong! I'm very upset at the treatment I received and will make it known. Thank u to the girl who did helped me and I think she was embarrassed of her co worker.

We have always loved their drinks and coffee but ever since the merge with bagels we are even bigger fans. The breakfast sandwich's are awesome and same with the lunch options. We love the tasty Turkey and Salmon Nova Lox. Veggies are always fresh!

One suggestion... bring back the Brownie Coffee- less cooler!

One downside of this place is they take forever to do your food

They have a hard time getting orders right and then don’t know how to make it right by showing empathy and understanding. Today we showed up and that had NO bagels! It’s 3pm. Prep more freaking bagels when you start getting low!! WTH!?

Overall this is a great place to go being as the next nearest chain coffee shop from Princeton area is about 15-20 minutes away. Often times when I've gone inside, it's quiet and the employees are very happy! Although every once in awhile the place will definitely need the tables wiped down and trash picked up. Would love to have a wider selection of baked goods other than such a focus on bagels.

Who doesn't love bagels and coffee at the same spot!? The bagels are deliciously fresh, and has a variety of cream cheese to choose from. Not looking for caffeine? They have other options as well! Very friendly, and happy to help.

If you have any sort of food allergy do not go to this location, this has been the worst location when it comes to food safety information and caring about the customer. The other day I asked for almond milk and when I was handed my drink she said with soy which is not what I asked for the next day I tried again and I just got real milk which ruined my day. There have been other locations that I've never had a problem at just this one.

The new Caribou breakfast sandwiches are garbage. I wish they would bring back the Einstein Bros. menu: this used to be my treat on Saturday mornings before work but I need to find a new option. 😔

I love going on Mondays for their bagel box special. A great way to pick up my week! Sandwiches are good but the star is always the bagel. The 50 cent increase for a premium bagel is definitely worth it. Only downside is they don't carry Einstein's soups at this location. :( The turkey chilli is fantastic.
