Caribou Coffee

We normally don’t have an issue with employees here. But today we sure did they were all rude for no reason all because they forgot toppings when we asked for them. Also ran out of straws so they used those flimsy straws from Walmart and very unsanitary when they were all touching on them. Also disrespectful to an elder who just asked a simple favor, Hopefully it’s better next time

Love having this in our small town but they really need to stop getting ride of things that people like. The workers are A+ but the drive-thru is sometime really slow and others its fast.

This store experience was horrible. Cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring up our orders. Our order came out late and both orders were wrong. Staff was rude and dismissive to us.

Always friendly at this location. They get it right too.

I just wanted to say thank you to the lady in pink that I believe was the manager. She was probably in her 40’s. She went above and beyond. She was training and my drink was the right size and remade it with no questions. This odd the nicest anyone has been to me at this location. Thank you!

This place in Princeton was far most the best place yet to stop. They were fun and extremely happy. I believe it was Bella and the other young lady you welcomed us with huge smiles. They were fast and the campfire’s were amazing. Good work on enjoying your job at caribou and making your customers feel welcomed. We both will be going here, everyday we can.
It’s nice to have people that care about their work.

Just walked in to get a coffee. Noticed the lobby was quite dirty and when i grabbed my coffee from the counter that was quite dirty and messy spliis not wiped up dirty behind the machines that are eye level with folks 😳 to see the mess

The drinks were awesome. Made exactly as ordered and hot. I thought the service was a bit lackluster or blah maybe. It just seemed as if maybe she didn't want to be there or possibly wasn't happy with the tip I left. I'm not sure. Either way it was enough to take away from my whole experience. I normally tip 15 to 20 % but that day I was actually pretty broke, as are many people these days. But that doesn't warrant not saying thank you or have a good day or suddenly turning the cold shoulder. Remember...the customer that tipped not to your liking one day may return the next day and make it up to you, but not when you reflect an ungrateful attitude. Sometimes people would still like to have coffee but may be a little short on cash flow. But if your kind and grateful for their continued support of the establishment they will want to keep coming back when their pockets are a bit heavier. Otherwise there are plenty of coffee shops that I'm sure would love their business and maybe their employees would love to keep their jobs and not get their hours cut due to lack of business. Without your customer base you fail to have a job. Just sayin.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. We were able to sit inside and our order took very little time to be ready. The breakfast sandwiches & coffee both tasted great!

Never have a working nitro machine coffe i got instead suggested by them was a glass of ice with cream dumped on it for 7 dollars absolute waste of money
