Caribou Coffee

All the staff at this caribou are wonderful! Great baristas who always get my order right and make our drinks perfectly. Keep up the great work!

Theyve gone down hill drastically this year. Coffee is never the same every order. Tastes horrible could pick something up from McDonald’s that tastes better. Yesterday I ordered a medium and large coffee and got to mediums and the barista simply ignored me and shut the window when I commented on the size.

A very nice Caribou location you won't be dissapointed to visit.
Employee's are always friendly and do a great job filling orders. They do a good job keeping the line moving when they are really busy as well.
It's a nice size sitting area with a few cozy chairs.
Only thing that I think would really improve my experience is offering gluten free food options such as the sandwiches you can get at some other locations.

I love the convenience of this location on my way to work, however it has been extremely disappointing to me that literally every single time I have gone through their drive-through my drink is wrong. Not sure if they have a hard time hearing through the speaker, or the staff needs to be better trained on the difference between a cold press and they crafted press. Also frustrating to me once I realize that crafted press cost more than a cold pressed so I am paying extra for something I don’t actually want. Staff is always friendly and efficient though.

I have gone to this location two different days and ordered the same drink. One day they forgot to add creamer, the next day they forgot to add vanilla. Typically this location is good, but I am not impressed with how my drinks turned out this last couple of times.

I was obsessed with this place for like two months. Tastes amazing, both the drinks and the sandwiches on bagels.
Never got my order wrong, never had a long wait. Everyone was incredibly friendly.

I LOVE coming to this place! While my son has wrestling at night I like to sneak over and grab me a cup of coffee. It's my favorite Tuesday Thursday routine! Don't even get me STARTED on their egg and bacon bagel 😍. My son loves to get this when he doesn't have school. So so thankful to have this gem in Princeton!

This caribou location has always been slow but today was the worst experience I’ve had there. I was in the drive through from 8:54-9:11. That’s 17 min to get an order. Once I almost reached the window, the car in front of me received their drink and then proceeded to chat with Jean at the window for about 2 min. I thought she was perhaps waiting for more items, nope, drove off after they caught up. So I pull up to the window and see my order sitting there. I also see 3 employees standing in the drive through area talking to each other. No one acknowledged me for at least a minute. They just talked amoungst themselves while my order sat and got colder. When I finally was talked to, the order amount was not what was quoted at the speaker.. whatever I just wanted my drinks before the whipped cream melted. I gave her my card and then sat another minute while they talked to each other some more. When I finally got my order, I had to wait longer for them to get my muffin. This location is usually very slow and I factor that in, but today was not an acceptable experience for a quick service place. Jean and her friends at the drive through window need to focus on getting customers their orders and chatting only when there aren’t 9 other cars in line.

Always a pleasant place to visit and relax

This place used to be awesome but now yesterday they gave me a frozen sandwich and today my husband got oatmeal with no spoon?! And no napkins either day... Get it together!
