Caribou Coffee

A warm presence and environment in the coffee shop. Staff wasn’t as friendly as I’ve seen in other caribou’s in the cities etc. Really liked how they had a lot of outlets and options for power. I have not seen this in other shops.

I can get a mint condition and a farm house breakfast sandwich in one shop? Heck yes i can! Great location despite how busy my visit was. Decent size space inside if you're not getting your order to go. Only downside is that its not as quiet and intimate as some other caribou locations. I would gladly visit this place again.

I ordered the same drink as I always do and the total came up over a dollar more than normal so that had to be fixed when I got to the window then I get my drink from my husband as we already pulled away and I asked him if he drank a bunch of it!!!! He said no so I look and cup is really lacking... I'm assuming because I asked for no froth this is what I get. 2/3of what I payed for pic 1 of the clean lid since I accused my husband of drinking it. And pic 2 of the sadness.

Not good experiences at this location. Average time to reveive a cup of coffee 20 minutes with no other customers in line. Very young staff that is quick and excited to show you where to tip, but not focused on providing quality products in a timely manner. I have given this location many chances. The final straw, for me, was waiting at the counter for 10 minutes on 8-13-2022. Not 1 of the 4 employees acknowledged me. I litterally stood there for 10 minutes before leaving. I now frequent Elk River Caribou where I receive a high quality beverage in 2 minutes or less.

Staff was quick and seemed friendly. My chai tea latte was delicious- thank you!

If you go to the Caribou be careful of where you park due to some conflict with their neighbors cars a been getting towed.
Have enjoyed all the foods that I have gotten there and drinks wish they kept the matcha around a little longer

Best coffee house ever, caribou coffee beats out any other out there. Keep it up guys, keep giving me something to Bragg about.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!
The manager is RUDE. Called to complain (Reference pictures) and they also had the order price wrong, it's a disaster and the kids working don't care. But the manager takes the cake for HORRIBLE AND POOR customer service. Hanging up on me, telling me (when I ordered the SAME product last week and it was fine) tried to blame it on the packaging. Ot not the packaging. It's the level of work ethic that FAILS. The manager needs to be FIRED and do another job because her attitude was awful, combative, attacking, rude, and a poor excuse for a manager. When I asked her name, she hung up on me.

I will never be back. Princeton needs to rid this place and get a better place there.
