Yum yum yum yum!!! Best breakfast in MN... super friendly staff, excellent food, even coffee was delicious (im a spoil designer coffee girly).. eastern European flare (Czech 🇨🇿) definitely order the angry rooster the best!!! Bon appetite 😋

We visited Ettlins for the first time this weekend with family for the first time, and we quite enjoyed it. It was Saturday morning, around 8:30, and the restaurant was just starting to fill up, but there were plenty of open tables. My hubby ordered the Angry Rooster, and he was happily surprised at how spicy it was. My father-in-law ordered the Czech breakfast and absolutely LOVED the sausage that came with it. My mother-in-law both ordered the From the Hen plates. Everything was well-cooked, well-seasoned, and full of flavor.
It was a very charming little restaurant. I loved the Breakfast at Tiffany's decor. This is a great place for coffee with friends (extensive beverage menu) or to bring family for a nice meal together.

First time visitors in search of breakfast at 11am on a sunny Sunday and were drawn in by the “best breakfast food” claim in google maps.

They were busy busy but the wait time was brief and they have a fabulous pager system so you can wait in your vehicle.

The host was friendly and on TOP of things! (I forgot my hat and he ran it out to us before we even started our truck.)

The server was busy busy but friendly and we had everything we needed for our meal.

My dining partner ordered the ham omelet, hash browns, and a pancake. I ordered French toast and bacon. We both had hot chocolate. All were tasty!

I’m glad we stopped and I’m sure we’ll be back!

Great breakfast place with yummy homemade treats, huge fluffy pancakes and lots of coffee options.

We had the Liver and Onions special!! It was excellent!!!
They only serve this one day a month!! Can't wait for next month to have it again

We stopped in for breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Freshly made and great portions sizes. Worth the wait for such for such a delicious meal.

Delicious homemade meal that you wouldn't expect headed through New Prague. Charming environment and super friendly staff. A taste of Czechoslovakia right here in Minnesota. Yum!

I've been here a ton of times and the food and service has almost always been amazing! Only one time was it not so good but hey, nobody's perfect! Needless to say I go here whenever I can and I've been on a scotch egg kick lately.

Great small town cafe, really good prices. I tried the brie and blackberry with bacon grilled cheese. I had the sweet potato fries with it. Everything was good, but the sandwich would have benefited from a thinner and crisper bacon. As much as I love thick bacon, it all slipped out of the sandwich when I bit into it.
