Caribou Coffee

Best Caribou experience EVER today! I frequent this location 3-4 times a week and staff is always upbeat and pleasant - however today, I placed an order on the mobile app and accidentally picked the wrong store. Staff was SO sweet and understanding, helped get my order made immediately so I didn’t need to wait longer, and took care of coordinating with the other store so I didn’t need to pay again. Paul helped me at the counter and was just so sweet, but the entire staff was we wonderful (even after having to make my drinks when they were already so busy). Love love love this location!

Great little place. Usually service is pretty quick and they keep the line moving. Staff is always friendly. They only thing that’s disappointing is the breakfast sandwiches are pre made and they can’t alter them. Not their fault that’s why I’m not knocking them down.

This is by far the best location I've been to. Super awesome staff no matter what time you go in and the drinks are almost always perfect.

The employees at this location are great but i need to be heard!!!!! The employees of this store please don't take affence. Caribou corporate took away the ability to get the extra large with your points even if all you buy is exta large and they raised the price by another 20 cents. How often is this going to take place, it's annoying also completely unfair!! I really wanted to do 5 stars for service and 0 stars for the company overall.

The gal who was at the window and on the speaker was one of the most cheerful and high-level customer service reps that I've ever experienced! Her bubbly demeanor and peppy attitude really made my day brighter! The coffee was also one of the best iced mochas I've had from Caribou ever!

Stopped to get a coffee on my way to work today and had hands down the most positive & welcoming experience in any drive thru. The three staff members working this morning were extremely personable and so nice. It just goes to show how simple kindness can totally change your mood for the day. Bravo to them :)

Perfect little cabin drive thru right off 169. Great place to take a quick stop for coffee when leaving or arriving to the twin cities. Not usually that busy anytime we go which is nice.

Easy to find location. We ordered multiple drinks and they were ready in a flash. Extremely friendly staff. There no seating inside but outside fits multiple tables to enjoy your drinks. Mostly it's a drive thru location in a nice shopping center right off the main road

Was on a quick coffee jump on a vacay and discovered this beauty! It's so enjoyable, calm, and tasty. They have wonderful drinks and pastries. Staff is incredibly nice. My personal favorites are the iced & hot matcha lattes. Definitely a place to drop by.

I ordered a large coffee with a shot of espresso and the girl at the window insisted on calling it a "depth charge". That's just unnecessary. The drive through line is always too long here.
