Caribou Coffee

Cashier was friendly and polite. She even pronounced my name correctly when pulling up my perks account, that always puts a smile on my face. Service was fast. I got a turtle mocha with dark chocolate and oatmilk.

There was at least a half hour wait for my coffee due to a long line of folks waiting for their coffee. Had I known this, I would not have ordered. I went for my Birthday drink 2 days after my Birthday and was told that it wasnt showing on my perks and probably hasnt loaded yet since it seems to be taking time for them to load lately. It's almost 2 weeks since my Birthday and still no Birthday drink has loaded.

The young man who cashiered was so nice! I was a little irritated with the ladies making the drinks. They were more interested in their taste testing rather than making drinks.

I'm never disappointed with my beverage Choice when I leave Caribou. It seems like the prices have really been going up up up lately though. I wish there was more incentives, deals, ect.. It makes justifying a daily mocha so much easier when I don't pay for more than $5 for a drink. Other than that great place, great service and good product

I grew up in the area and Ridgedale has been our staple. I now have a 3 month old and a 2.5 year old. You all can imagine how tough it can be out during this time. My 3 month old was upset and wanted her milk warmed. I got to the nearest caribou in the mall and stood by the counter where drinks were being called out hoping to just get a cup of hot water to soothe my baby with milk. Not only did I not get any hot water barista Brianna did not acknowledge me on purpose. She saw me and my baby and my husband and my toddler and I called out to get multiple times and she walked away and didn’t care. Multiple customers were present during her rude behavior and shook their head at her. It’s shameful to see a mother who is desperate and turn away. Thankfully my husband walked around the other side and got a different person named Morgan and she was kind enough to get us hot water. I pray to god obe day Brianna is a mother so she can feel the pain and helplessness I felt at that moment when she blatantly ignored us. Please give kudos to Morgan.

Consistently friendly people at register. Every time I go here, they don’t call out my drink. Counter where drinks are presented is always dirty, as well as surrounding tables.

Every morning I am amazed by the staff! They are so friendly and very efficient and fast on taking my order. Not only that but very accurate as well. This is why I come here every day! Great team! Let them know ❤
