It’s a cute, local coffee house, but they need more vegan options. Their menu on Google Maps led me to believe they had vegan maple scones, but alas, upon arrival I was disappointed. Regardless, their tea is definitely good and warming

Great lattes and pastries! However, this location is randomly closed some days without notice. I just walked there today (a Wednesday) at 10am and they were closed. There are many other coffee shops in the area with consistent hours.

By far my favorite coffee shop ever. Their drinks are always perfect, and their service is always professional, calm, and nice. My only problem is that my cups always empty too quickly, but that's not to say they're too small.

Pros: I like the layout of the shop and the fact that there are several outlets and free wifi.
Cons:
-The music is so loud I could hear it when my own headphones were at max volume
-They left the side doors open and it was 50 degrees outside. It was so cold I as well as the girl next to me were shivering. I politely asked the workers if one of the doors could be closed. They informed me that their manager would not let them close the doors because the inside temperature did not call for the doors to be closed. They advised I moved to another part of the cafe. This was obviously frustrating as I wanted to sit by the window and not in a corner in the back. Point blank: If I wanted to sit outside in the cold I would have. The customer is always right.
-The coffee was pretty bitter, but maybe that was to be expected.
Overall, it was my first time there and my last.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. There were two girls behind the counter. One was Asian and the other was a Tall blonde. Feburary 24, about 6pm. Service was slow, and it wasnt even that busy. While I was waiting to get my coffee, I overheard both of them speaking negatively about a few guests that had been in earlier and the language they used was not professional to say the least. I usually love this spot and I have never had a bad experience up until this point. On top of that, the bathrooms were filthy with urine everywhere, paper towels on the ground etc
This experience has made me think about taking my business elsewhere. Sad really. Wish there was a manager around, but of course there was not.

It's a lovely looking little shop to be sure, but not into customer service. Always fun to be told by staff 30 minutes after entering that the large coffee you bought doesn't fulfill their unwritten minimum purchase rule and that you had better buy more or leave. For real. One time someone bussed my un-eaten donut while I went to the bathroom too. Maybe I just never recovered from the disappointing fact that this coffee shop has nothing to do with spies - it was only a pretense, which I think sums up the place nicely.

We love this place! After dinner many nights we head up to spyhouse with the neighbors for an evening latte. The staff is now asking when we walk in "how many lattes?" We are loving it! Thanks for such beautiful artwork on the lattes, great service, and the lattes are so creamy and delicious!

Not my favorite cafe in the area. Coffee is a bit over-priced for its quality. I've tried their espresso a few times to more accurately gauge it, and it's consistently been watered down and very weak. I'm unfortunately going to have to pass next time. Environment is neat for reading or studying though.

SUPER RUDE, not a friendly environment what so ever. They are comfortable coming up to you and raising their voice at you. and when you speak to a manager the same employee who is rude interrupts. WHAT!!!!!!!! i have that Starbucks is closed and the library.

This place was super cute and cozy! Free WiFi, nice seating and overall really great place. Only issue were the baristas. They seemed as though they did not want to work here or help at all. I ordered a Frosty Bang Bang and I did not like it. I was embarrassed to go up to the barista and say something because they already gave an attitude at the register. I got the courage to say something about my drink and ask if they could maybe change it or tweak it anyway. One of the baristas was extremely rude and said “you asked for that drink.” I know that other coffee shops put their guests first and help them have a great experience at their location, but not this Spyhouse. So now I have a Frosty Bang Bang that is going to waste. I had higher expectations for this place but I left disappointed.
