Spyhouse Coffee

Very laid back and welcoming atmosphere, lots of people outside reading books and enjoying the great weather. Staff was very friendly- coffee was great but chai tea was not so great. Would come here again for pastries and to try a different brew.

This place is great! Love there hot teas. Got a large coffee today for $3.50. this place is popular with the recovery community as there are multiple treatment centers within a block of the location. Spyhouse is always very clean and the bathrooms are clean and private (1 person at a time). Place can get packed on the weekend especially at nights in the winter and often times the 4 person high top tables can get monopolized by 1 person.. I would recommend!

The barista was very professional and explained me how to make perfect pour over. The almond croissant was out of the world ( much better than the one from Starbucks). The atmosphere and interior was very cozy, warm and comfortable. The place is rather popular among locals, so be ready to spend some time on looking for a spot to seat and drink your coffee, if you’re not in a hurry. Definitely recommend it and will try to to visit other locations of this wonderful coffee shop. P. S. cups with little Minnesota are very cute.

Awesome customer service! I heard good things about Spyhouse, so I checked them out while in town. I bought some beans and asked the baristas to grind them for a stovetop/moka pot. They didn't know what that was and therefore didn't know how fine to grind the beans, but they figured it out and were so committed to making sure they did it right. And the coffee I made with those beans?? Soooo yummy!! The Ethiopian beans - absolutely delicious! I will definitely get more when I can.

Adorable coffee shop. Not too extravagant with it's decor, but in a subtle, confident way rather than trying to convince you that it's something niche. LGBTQ+ friendly, and the coffee was great.

16 bucks for 2 drinks too, I'll gladly go elsewhere next time with hopes of being treated respectfully.

Friendly staff, good coffee. I just got drip. Pastries are on point. Don't forget your mask! April 2022 - we stacking covid bodies like cordwood. Not when you are eating or drinking though, because science.

I appreciate that it is open late. It's a great place to study, chat with friends, or get a drink to go. The atmosphere is pleasant and they often put up seasonal decorations. The staff is pleasant and the restrooms are clean. Parking can be tough to find nearby.
