FRGMNT Coffee - North Loop

Wonderful shop operated by talented baristas! Excellent coffees on consistent rotation, great housemade syrups, and high quality non-dairy milks on the menu. Bonus: check out the sculptures from a local artist on the far left side of the lobby (beyond the fireplace, by the TV).

Their single origin Ethiopian was very tasty. I came here twice during my short stay in Minneapolis.

Such a large open space, perfect for accommodating people throughout the pandemic. The place is minimalistic and calming while still being fun and stylish. Honestly really enjoy socializing and working there(tons of outlets).

Hands down the best coffee shop in the area! Delicious coffee and donuts, plenty of seating and available power outlets, etc.

Love my weekly visit to FRGMNT. The coffee is always delicious and creative, and donuts are tasty as well. If the scones or coffee cake are available, you have to mix that in every once in a while too.

I asked if they have just one size of cappuccino and they said yeah so I asked tgem to put 2 cups of cappuccino in 1 bigger cup and 5 minutes later I didn't see my cappuccino but there was a small cup of latte sitting and waiting to be picked up and 5 more minutes later I decided to ask where is my cappuccino and the guy who took my order came over and said well basically this is your cappuccino. I said that tge girl said it's a latte and he said basically this is the same since this is the same amount of liquid and now I was like OK and I left. Then I opened up the lid and it was just latte, then i tasted it and it's still was latte.. so, someone has to understand that 2 cups of cappuccino do not become latte, it still must be a cappuccino... in addition to that i also ordered an americano and it was the most sour coffee ever..

Beautiful space, soft lighting and tons of different seating to get work done. Most importantly, a variety of rich, diverse drip brews and espressos, many from small shops across the country.
