I order online and they don’t start preparing my order until I get there. I order online in hopes of just running in fast when I’m on the go. They don’t seem to follow modifications so I give it a 3. I bump it up to 5 stars when Monica is working! She follows all the modifications and perfect my orders!

I don’t know what has happened to this Caribou but the several months the drive thru line wait has averaged around 15 min. Today, I sat in line for 28 minutes…unbelievable. It’s a Sunday morning- how are you not staffed for this? No free drink coupons, no apologies, and when we got to the window they asked “just one crafted press right?” When we had ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. Extremely frustrating

Sam is genuinely the greatest employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This guy definitely deserves a raise. And Jacob and Michael also. They're pretty good too. Sam has literally never messed up a drink ever in his life. He is a total baller.

Drove out to this location from Hopkins because lately I've been disappointed in the locations near me. Very pleased with the service and the hot crafted press I ordered! The drive-through girl chatted with me while I waited for my drink and was very kind, and they made my hot crafted press perfectly which some of the other location seem to struggle with!

Driving through just trying to find a cafe for breakfast. Decided to grab coffee and a snack here. The service was speedy and friendly. The cinnamon coffee cake was super moist and delicious. They had seating outside, but it was a little chilly so we sat inside. Comfy and relaxed atmosphere with lots of locals enjoying the morning there.

I have to say, this is by far the worst caribou I have ever been too. The drinks never taste right, too much syrup or something. And the wait in line at the drive through is always ridiculously long. Even if there is just one person ahead of you, or a slow mid day afternoon. I went to go there today before work, and they were CLOSED. it's a Wednesday at 8am?? no signs on the any of the doors or windows explaining their hours, or why they would be closed.

Disappointed. Thank god they opened up a starbucks down the street.

This is my favorite Caribou to go to right now and I worked at a different location for 6 years. They are always friendly, my weird drink is always made right, and they are quick. Love the little drive thru!

This location has a little later hours right now so it's my go to spot after work.. can't go wrong anytime of the day for a great drink!

The service is always pleasant and quick! Was slightly disappointed with my chorizo burrito. Was kind of hard and I wasn't able to eat it all. This is my go to caribou though!!(:
