Caribou Coffee

Waiting in line for more than 20 mins just to order my coffee and another 20 more just to get to the window and pay. I get being short staffed but this is ridiculous

Asked for a peach black still with raspberry lite ice and extra tea and got sparkling and no raspberry heavy ice and lite tea obviously they don’t know how to use their bev options button

Love using the order ahead option - my drink is always ready when I get there and the staff are very friendly :)

I've had mixed experiences. One time the staffer was kinda rude at the window, but the other day they gave me the drink for free.

By far one of my favorite Caribou locations. Fast service!

It can get really crowded though, especially on weekends.

Great place to get a coffee, but the current economic situation is causing them to be short on many supplies.

They do a nice job overall, but there's a lot of turnover, and the constant stream of new employees don't always know what they're doing.

I use the drive threw all the time. Lately my drinks haven't been made right. Even after explaining it.

Only place in Cambridge to get french roast coffee. Staff is always friendly and helpful
No shortage of smiles and that's refreshing

Got cold (from the hot dispenser) and the kid behind the counter says "it's late in the afternoon " then I read the Caribou coffee cup which is written "always fresh and hot" really?
