It's ok,they had good service, and the ice mocha is actually cold. They unfortunately didn't have whipped cream or press when we came, but smoothie was still delicious.

A friend of mine went through and got his regular order. He told the barista that something tasted off about the drink and she fought with him about it and then told him that if he didn't like their drinks he can go to Starbucks across the street. Whoever it was that said that is rude and shouldn't work in retail.

I love Caribou Coffee in general, however the service at the Cambridge location is terrible and the “baristas” are consistently pretentious and patronizing. If you can I’d suggest going to the North branch location. Their customer service is awesome!

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and was never pleased. On my last visit I went inside to order and neither of the girls wanted to help me when I was finally helped I was told my drink was gonna be free with my perks points but I ended up having to pay for it I waited 20 minutes for my drink and when I went to ask about it they said that they had forgot about it and I got the wrong size I will not return to this location I will drive to isanti instead

I would like to know why about 5 nights a week the blenders are broken... kind of odd that they all seem to break at the same time. Also store is supposed to be open until 9 PM yet all lights have been off at 845.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich but they're all out. About 10 suggestions later I had to tell the guy, "no I don't want a hot pretzel, or any of your other 9 sugesstions". Then I ordered two beverages, a medium caramel cooler and a small decaffeinated caramel cooler. I figured it would be easy to tell the difference by their size. He hands me two mediums and said "we accidentally made you two mediums". I said that's ok but which one is the decaf. A quick look of panic flashed across his face and he closed the window. I saw a small conference convene behind the window and when he reopened it he asked for the two back and said he'd remake both. 30 minutes after entering the line I have the correct beverages but I'm still hungry.
