I have been to this location many times. A few weeks ago When I was inside doing homework All I could hear was the staff speaking poorly about upper management. Let me quote,”I’m sure he didn’t text me because he’s afraid of me”. Referring to a manager asking staff to come in early or cover a shift. How they did not like staff members that weren’t there and how their boss doesn’t do a good job and does not like him. The words spoken were much more cruel than the way I’m speaking about it now. This is not someone customers should hear from across the store.. ever.. There have been two girls that work at this location that have been consistently rude every time I come into this location/ drive thru. Again today I went thru the drive thru and I got the sliding screen slammed on me after paying because she was unhappy I was paying with the caribou app, very obvious attitude, only words out of her mouth were “your paying with Apple Pay or a gift card (aggressively) because I was pulling up the app on my phone and that was it, gave me the bakery items and then later handed me my drink and again slammed the sliding door. Every other time I get coffee not by these two girls it’s a smile or a your welcome when I say thank you or have a nice day but never anything nice or positive from two specific people at this location. I don’t think this type of job is right for them and I don’t think working with the general public is a strong suit either. No care at all. I decided against going to an interview at this location strictly for these exact reasons as well, I don’t ever want to work at a place with such disrespect towards upper management or people who are so blatantly rude.

This is the third time now that I have gone through the drive thru and the same guy has pressed the tip button before handing my card back. I always give a tip when I go here. But when your employees give themselves a tip it's basically stealing. You can't get a consistently good drink in North Branch and Cambridge steals your money. Your doing great Caribou 👍

Great atmosphere, yummy cold brews, but only one person making ALL of the drinks drive thru and inside! (We felt really bad for him.) took a LONG time to get two cold brews. They had new employees being trained in but we didn't understand why the manager on want making drinks too....

Upon an employee suggestion, I tried a new menu item... the green tea lemonade with raspberry. It was very tasty but better than the frozen lemonade was the fact that my friend and I sat and visited for 4 hours and never once felt like we were an inconvenience or needed to move on. Very friendly staff.

Drinks are sometimes good, sometimes terrible!! Yesterday they were terrible, tasted burnt and not hot at all, I got a survey, completed it as a complaint and District Manager Jessica called me and was the rudest woman I have ever met!! I asked who her boss was, after arguing with her for over 20 minutes and she said “Ben” that’s all I’m going to give you is “Ben”, she acted like it was a big secret and he works for the CIA!! Lol!! Jessica, grow up and act like a manager!!! When you receive a complaint, don’t argue, APOLOGIZE!!! And maybe train your revolving door of employees to make drinks that don’t taste awful and train them to clean the machines so the coffee doesn’t taste burnt!!! It’s not your employees fault that store is terrible it’s yours!!! You fire people and force them to quit continuously there, it’s no wonder the drinks are awful!!! And the main reason for my complaint yesterday, besides the awful drinks was this store in particular bullies their employees if they don’t like them and basically forces them to quit, when I tried to bring this to Jessica’s attention she flipped out on me and started yelling and accusing me of being a liar!!! Good grief!!! I’m not going back there ever again, unless maybe “Ben” the secret CIA manager calls me back and we discuss things, I’m going to go to Starbucks, everything I’ve ever gotten there is delicious and they treat everyone with respect!!

Caribou has always been my go to when getting coffee, and Cambridge Caribou is by far the best I’ve ever been to!
The staff are absolutely amazing, and are always so sweet and kind. They all work their butts off and I haven’t gotten a bad coffee yet! I won’t hesitate to recommend you guys to everyone I know! 💙

I was at Cambridge caribou ordered a large mint condition hot milk chocolate I received a cup that I am sure is small I complained at the window but no response and look ed like he had never seen small medium or large I know I paid for a large plus left a tip and this was the slowest cup of coffee I have ever gotten and it was not busy the initial on the lid was MC not sure why they would do that but I have to admit I have come to your caribou coffee shop since you opened in Cambridge but will not return extremely unsatisfied. I should not even rate it with a star it should be in the minus category very unhappy about service size price I think Caribou needs to make some serious changes!!!

Beverages tend to be hit or miss. Sometimes my iced vanilla white mocha is nicely flavored and sweet as I like it. Other times it is bitter. My guess is it comes down to the espresso.

I have never waited in a drive thru for so long. That being said, our drinks were made correctly and the staff apologized for the long wait.
