Caribou Coffee

I just went through your drive-thru today and am wondering why I got a medium drink and paid for a large. I don't usually go to this location, I usually go to Isanti and I had a drink there the other day and it was the same I ordered at your location and I still had the cup from my Isanti visit and your employees quite clearly gave me a medium when I ordered a large. I will not come back to this location to be ripped off.

What is wrong with this place. I've had it happened twice and when I asked them to remake it each time---they acted as if it is the end of the world. If I am going to spend extra money for a premium coffee drink I expect I will get a premium drink. I ordered a small drink and asked them to leave a little room and somehow they assumed I wanted in a medium cup both times! Really? Last time I already told you and again---it should be asked to be put in a medium cup and not assumed! Guess what the manager Debbie told me to do next time I order (as if I plan to come back!) to ask for less milk! Ummm. How about if they put too less of a milk? Talking to her was like talking to a wall. Why bother. I've been to a lot of caribou coffee places and have never had a problem with my orders---and why now? They also cheated me of my medium free drink for buying the $25 gift card. They took it off of my small drink but in the "medium" cup I guess. I miss Starbucks. If they only had almond milk I would drive the 20 miles to get some. They were always so nice and friendly.

I only go to caribou coffee. I ordered a large macchiato it came in a small cup and was only half full. If i wanted to be overcharged for two sips of coffee I would have gone to Starbucks. Never got that small of a macchiato at any other caribou. I will not waste my time or money here again. The staff is very nice though.

Clean, friendly and great coffee

quick service. very clean and polite. my daughter loved the hot chocolate. They have a nice selection of veggie options for food. Nice to have choices locally.

AMAZING. They were open very nice or menu items were correct and it was under 10.00 for 3 drinks. 2 Coffees extra cream, blended vanilla chai with a shot of coffee!!!!
(Start bucks the one I loathe wasn't open) so I googled coffee places no one was open but Caribou just a few hundred feet away! they made 3 tired ladies at the carriage isanti dog show VERY happy!!!!

Not one time have I gone here and someone has made my drink correct. I order a white mocha and every time I can never taste any coffee, even with an extra shot. It tastes like over frothed milk. :/ cambridge should get a Starbucks!

Service is slow. Do not acknowledge customers upon entry. Staff standing around
doing nothing. Just talking amongst themselves. No napkins stocked in dining room. Pick up counter dirty.

The staff is always friendly and efficient! They prepare and serve my life's blood (Americano) without fail - every time! ☕💖
