Caribou Coffee

I have never gotten a correctly made drink at this location. Usually I order a crafted press and it’s extremely under filled (no matter what size a I get, it’s filled to 2/3 of the way including the ice), and that’s not a super big deal and I still go to this location because it’s so close to where I live. However, this last time my boyfriend went and got coffee and one of the drinks that he ordered was a crafted press. He brought it home and it was blended (not a blended drink), and literally just a chuck of blended ice (filled almost the entire cup) with liquid surrounding it (not combined at all). I poured out the liquid and tried to drink just that, and it tasted TERRIBLE. I’m convinced that they just took old coffee and blended it with ice.

The service was good even in the mist of the amount of customers at the drive through. I ordered within and enjoyed my drink. However, it seems like staff do not realize what happens outside on their patio deck. When customers are doing things out there it needs to be noted to those customers.

Its always hit or miss with my experience. Some days the baristas are sweet and talkative and happy to answer my questions, but on a day like today, the barista is rude and mostly silent, even when I ask a question. They didn't greet me at the window, as I used a reward to pay, and nearly literally threw my drink out the window. Wouldn't even make eye contact. Just gonna have to start avoiding this Caribou I guess

Always excited to get Caribou. Staff is always pleasant, and my order is always right. Will continue to be a loyal Caribou customer.

I’ve gone to at least 50 different caribou’s and this one never disappoints! The staff are always so polite and do their absolute best. The costumer service is great. Love this location!

I am a regular and normally are quick and accurate, but this time they forgot about one of my drinks. I had to ask 2 times about additional drink before they made it and I could leave. Little annoying but I have returned since and have not had a problem.

It is hit or miss here. The drinks are usually ok and some staff are great but I have the most issues with this location. Using perks is an issue most of the time, and the not so good employees like to argue with customers about being right...unfortunately this is the one I live by....I go to caribou daily and never have these issues at any of the other locations that I visit. Just wish they would improve in some areas!

Never ask if I want to use my perks! Made my drink wrong for the second time in a row then tells me it's not wrong.

This location is great and the service is always good. I feel it's my duty to report the following so others aren't victimized: I stopped by on 4/9 for a coffee and was told that I'd be receiving a sample of coffee at the window. Great! Not so much. I get to the window and the cashier hands me a Dixie cup of coffee filled to the brim. I had no choice but to sip it to prevent it from spilling, let alone figure out where I'm going to place this lid-less drink in my car that I didn't want to begin with. Back to the sip - oh my god it was thee hottest liquid I've yet to consume in my life. It fried my entire mouth for the remainder of the day. My caramel cooler was almost tasteless. Don't fall for the sample. Vicious trick!
