Management at this store is so kind and considerate. Sales associates are patient and so accommodating. We are never disappointed when shopping this location.

Most of the larger clocks at the Burnsville location were missing the hands.

I like the store, they have good prices and lots of various items. However, the furniture section seemed to be severely lacking in quality. Add that to the lack of employees who can help and it's an OK experience. They do have a large amount of paintings for a cheap price and lots of knickknacks that helped me personalize my office. It's one of those places you have to visit to understand.

Great selection, clean and organized. Decent prices and a lot of great interior decor items.

As much as I hate to rate them low, because I know they must be struggling to get help, I think people want to know. The checkout lines are very slow. The store shelves are sloppy and disorganized. Trying to find a rug is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Nothing is organized. I love the selection they have, but it will take forever to find what you are looking for because it's disorganized.

Overall prices are quite reasonable. Just check over your potential purchase, like mirrors, to make sure that you understand its condition. If you just grab and go you may unwrap disappointment later. Take the time to look things over. Excellent place to get stuff on a budget and a broad selection. My cashier was very pleasant!

I bought $234 in product. I am tax exempt. A manager on duty checked me out. She was awful and should not be working there. Rude and when. I thanked her she said "no problem"
Maybe thank you and enjoy your day would have been appropriate. Awful assistance!

Wow! It was my first time going to this store. It was amazing! They have about 10x that product of any other store that carries home accessories! Be sure to check heck it out!
