At Home

Expensive prices for low quality furniture, the store is not well kept and most of the furniture is falling apart. Avoid the men's bathroom, always flooded and dirty, faucets aren't secured to sink and the soap isn't even on the dispensor, it's just sitting on the countertop. Apparently they can't be bothered to take the extra step to put it in the dispensor 12" away. Oh but they have a helpful bathroom satisfaction button you can press.. I'm sure it's really effective.

If you've never been here before, think of this as a Home Goods on steroids. They have everything you need for your home and then some. My only complaint is, it can be extremely unorganized, especially in the rugs section. It's hard to tell what's actually available/in-stock, and it's impossible to find an employee. The also have signs throughout the store about "asking for assistance" with some of the higher up items. But it's still hard to track someone down to give you a hand.

Very disappointed with their lack of precautions for COVID virus. No masks on cashiers. No plastic guard sheets between cashier and guest. Did not see any sanitizer stations either. Made me very nervous to be a customer in the store.

I went to At Home today. The manager, Brent, was so gracious and kind. The line was long and some older women really gave him a hard time. One insisted on triple wrapping her things and she had a lot. Then she was rude to him as well. I was embarrassed for her! Brent deserves a raise and some employees who show up to work!

This place is Fantastic...and Huge!! If you love great prices and an amazing selection of things for the house and patio, you've got to try this place out! I love Homegoods and this is very similar in pricing and with an even bigger selection.

Such a great place for pretty much anything

We come here every year for their Christmas decorations! They have the best selection of nutcrackers, inflatable decorations and interior Christmas decorations around!

Brent is the Store Director and clearly has had no training in customer service whatsoever. I requested to speak to his District Manager and he flat out refused to give me a way to contact him. Cheaply made products.

There is such a huge variety of products to look at for your home, prices range from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars, depending on what you are buying. Im excited to shop here for Halloween!!

This place was massive. Home decor from wall to wall. I could spend hours there. Absolutely amazing. Only downside is loyalty program which offers decent coupons takes 24 - 48 hours to receive first coupon.
