My sister and I were helped by Minh. He was very polite and friendly, he gets a 12/10 for customer service. The place is also very clean and the food is great but Minh is the reason we will be returning:)

Such a cute waffle, ice cream, and boba place! My kids LOVE it there and their products are sooooo good! Like SOOO good! And friendly staff also!

Too sweet for my tastes. Cereal and ice cream in the evening is not for me. And I thought it was expensive. But the young folks liked it.

I usually go to TiiCup to fulfill my boba needs, but today I thought, what the heck, let's try something new.

That was a mistake.

We love taro and ube in our house, so I figured a half gallon jug of the taro milk tea was in order; I also ordered the regular tapioca boba as well as the crystal boba. Finally, I ordered a bottled version of their brown sugar bubble tea with tapioca boba.

Brown Sugar Bubble Tea was delicious, and the boba were good. A bit dry inside, but still good.

Taro Milk Tea is an absolute disaster. Tastes like perfume??? Very artificial and strange. Strong perfume-y aftertaste that lingers. Really gross.

Altogether I spent $25+ on this order but could only consume $6 worth of it.

Since cereal + ice cream doesn't appeal to me, I guess I won't be back.

Out of the many times I’ve given this place a chance, something always goes wrong. First time we went they got our order wrong, not a big deal. Second time we went they made our order wrong again, so we asked them to redo it and they messed it up again. Not a big deal since we don’t have to pay for them to redo it. Went there again and the lady wasn’t very nice about us being more specific since our last visits were not ideal. Ended up with a hair in our boba. And they didn’t remake it, just took it out and called it a day.

Literally the sexiest waffle I've ever had. Actually heavenly and made fresh so super warm and delicious. Staff was super nice and my order was made really fast even on a Saturday night when it was crowded.

Great place, terrible service tonight. I walked up to the counter and ordered a large Boba. The lady who rang me up was then asked by the barista what size I got and she said “I already forgot”. They then proceeded to make me a regular sized Boba and refused to remake it. Won’t come back until employees are more professional

We bought mango n lychee smoothie, n taro milk tea. It tasted delicous! Love their drinks. Try it you'll like it.

Ice cream is basic but amalgamation with cereals make it unique I like the flavors and texture, but don't keep it for the next day just eat it right away or the texture becomes soggy. Overall highly recommended

What you get looks nothing like the photos on GrubHub. Note that drinks do not come with Boba as shown in photos. It will cost you extra. Ordered the banana waffle and it also looked nothing like the photo. Definitely disappointed and will not order from them again. Overpriced for what you actually get.
