I wish I could give zero stars but a 1 will have to do. I recently purchased 8 open metal sphere decor items from the clearance section that were marked as a red-line (50% off). I was in a rush that day and did not review my receipt prior to leaving the store. When I returned home I noticed I was charged full price for the red-line items that I purchased. I went back to the store 6 days later (I live out of town) with the items and my receipt. Despite the fact that the items were marked with a red-line, only two of the decor pieces were truly clearance, however when I purchased the items on 4/26, the cashier only rang up one or two of the decor pieces and scanned the same 2 items on the counter to account for the remaining 6 decor pieces in my cart. Seeing the mistake was made by store employees for marking incorrect items, I was hoping they would honor the discount per the advertisement. Unfortunately, I was not honored the discount for the 6 of the 8 decor pieces. I began shopping back in the clearance section pulling other red-line items to be price checked and the majority of them came back as non-clearance items. I than began matching UPC numbers from the website decor items on the shelves and there were several items that were incorrectly marked as well as items not marked clearance when they should have been marked. Staff were not accommodating to their mistake and could not offer any solutions. During my entire visit in the store when I was asking staff for help, they would advise that they would check for me and never return only to be seen doing another task in the store. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location and this store as a whole as there is a clear issue with product advertisement. I bought the items for my wedding that is less than 5 weeks away and I had to leave with different items that are similar, however they were full price and much smaller in size. It is sad to see that the staff were unwilling to make any acceptations (No discount, no price honor).

It’s now end of June and I have spoken to customer service and both the store and district managers for the Blaine store. Each interaction I had with them they promised to make things right and offer me a gift card to return to the store. I have yet to receive any further updates or the promised gift after I gave my mailing address information to both the store and district manager. Customer service is not a top priority for this company.

I do not recommend shopping here to anyone unless they want to experience poor customer service or be charged full price for clearly marked clearance items.

If you're looking for a HUGE selection of Home decorations, look no further. It literally takes an entire day to just walk around this place, let alone get to the shopping part! We have utilized this location (a little too much) to decorate our home after moving to the area. When friends or family ask where I got certain items and I tell them, I have to explain "At home is like Homegoods, Kirkland's and Pier 1 blended into a wal-mart supercenter sized store" - It's heaven. :-)

Everything you could need to decorate for indoor or outdoor they have. Only downside, I feel somethings were a little over priced for the quality of item. But if you have time to look there is some gems there to find.

The company advertises 10% off of your purchase if you sign up for their mailing list. They don't mention that there is a 48hr wait before they email you the coupon. The advertising is disingenuous and simple corporate dishonesty. I chose to reward this misleading behavior by leaving my $500 purchase at the register and buying from a different retailer.

Really good selection of products. Had an impossible time locating employees to help us get items off of a high shelf. I walked the store twice and found only cashiers and one floor employee who called for help on the radio. Waited 15 minutes and just left.

This is a fun store- I had a coupon for 20% off my entire purchase. Huge selection of throw pillows! Lots of fun kitchen stuff. Seasonal goods- I bought lots of good Christmas stuff last year.

Tried calling the store to reach someone to talk bed frames at 3pm and no one answered and it goes to voicemail and says "our mailbox is full call again later." Who as a company doesn't answer the phone and has a mailbox that's full? Lost my business.
I also see that most of the 5 star reviews are employee's posts and they don't talk about anything, but it being "so awesome!"...

I love this store, but it doesn't seem like they're taking the pandemic seriously.
First, I was surprised there was no employee manning the carts. At Target, Home Goods, Home Depot, Menards, Michael's, basically everywhere, there's an employee positioned to make sure people take clean carts and return used carts to the used cart area and not the clean cart area as well as to provide hand sanitizer. There was no sanitizer available. I initially shrugged this off but when issue after issue arose I realized that first issue was just a sign of a bigger problem.
I went to use the restroom and there was paper and dirt all over the floor and the first stall I went into was clogged, it was clear the restrooms hadn't been cleaned in some time. I went into the second stall, and when I reached for the toilet paper it was empty but there was a huge roll balancing on top of the dispenser. So then I had to grab the whole roll, that everyone else has had to grab, with both my hands to unroll any TP. Additionally, they still only have air dryers which was quite surprising as it's the first time I've seen one that's still operational in months. Every other store has them disabled and has provided paper towels as guided by the state. This meant I also had to touch the door handle on the way out as they haven't installed a toe pull like most other retailers. Further, their drinking fountains are still operational - another thing I've not seen at any other retailers.
And last but not least, there's no partitions between customer and cashier and the cashier removed her mask to speak to me.
I'm very disappointed in their lack of keeping customers and staff protected.

I love the decor choices, prices are reasonable. Only downside is I've never, ever seen a worker in the floor. EVER. 2 cashiers, that was it. In the entire store. Every time I've shopped it's been only 2 cashiers...I needed help and no one anywhere, and no way to call an employee when I needed help
