At Home

I’m so disappointed with this store. With all that is going on with the transportation industry, At Home decided not to allow truck parking and instead of telling drivers or posting it they are having trucks and trailers towed. Cost me $1150 today to get my truck out of impound. I’ve been parking at the same spot on that parking lot for 10 years without an issue. I’ve even gone over with heavy equipment and plowed the snow in the entire parking lot because to snow removal company did a horrible job. I never charged them it was a courtesy to them. Shame on At Home and the management at this location. I will never set foot in this store again and many of my friends won’t either.

First time here. Very nice and spread out. Didn't feel cluttered or squeezed in at all. However, the prices seem a little far fetched for the furniture. Specifically, these cute little stool looking end tables. They are perfect for my elderly mother who can actually lift them but the small one was $39.99, medium was $49.99 and the bigger one was $59.99. That's just outrageous. I mean by all means we are budgeting but we found the perfect tables after months of searching and there is no way that would make sense, even with one coupon. No deal on buying all 3 either. Yes, some nice deals throughout the store and again, everything was really roomy. For that I thank you. Unfortunately I am extremely sensitive to smells and whatever you have in those paper sachels hanging on a end cap up front was way too strong. I smelt it as soon as I walked in, all the way through the store. Of coarse this is not your problem but I won't be able to come back. Very nice concepts. New fella at the register was great. He is new to our area. Super helpful. However we were not greeted nor did we see one person working there or asking us for help or even if we needed it.

While I like their products and prices. HORRIBLE customer service. 12 deep in line to pay, 2 cashiers. One then just walks away from register, as his shift was over, wanted to leave before his coverage arrived. 2 others were "repackaging" return and basically IGNORED ALL paying customers in line.

It has all the home extras your looking for and a small furnature swlection as well

I purchased a lamp from the At Home store in Blaine on 1/1/2022. The lamp was supposed to have included the shade. I get all the way home to Marshfield WI and there is no shade. I called the store, the store Mgr claims she couldn't do anything except push it over to Finance. I got an email today from Finance and they won't do nothing either. All I am looking for is a refund or credit to offset the fact I had to buy a lamp shade. Finance pushed me back to the store level. The only option I was given was to drive 3.5 hrs back to the store in hopes of a resolution. How do you even do business like that. So buyer beware this company does not value their customers or stand behind their sales.

4 stars b/c I come to smell, but can’t buy!

Can someone please tell me where I can buy the scent of At Home? The store smells amazing. I’d called 3 reps. from different locations - they all confirmed, but could not tell me where and how the “At Home” scent is created. Side note: The furnishings are great and affordable.

We were there on a Saturday, which might explain the condition of the store. But it was rather messy and many of the items on display had some damage and should probably have been marked down accordingly. Checking out was actually pretty efficient and they have a nice variety of things to choose from.

All you need is home

I can literally shop forever in this store. Black Friday deals must of have been really good bc majority of the shelves were emptied. Great n large selections on scented stuff.
