At Home

Absolutely horrible customer service at the Blaine, MN location. I drove over 1/2 hour to purchase pillows that were in stock according to the website. After a helpful associate couldn't locate them, he passed me off to another associate in shorts and a hoodie, snacking on pretzels. She said if the pillows were not on the display table, they have no idea where they could be and there was nothing they could do to help me. I was planning on spending a few hundred dollars today. Looks like Home Goods is going to get the business instead.

Store has so much variety in all items. Usually running sales but be careful easy to walk out with a big bill. Favorite place to shop for items in our house.

Not bad but nothing to write home about. Place felt like it just opened even though it'd been there for years apparently. Little disorganized with product availability also.

Some of the furniture is a little pricey but you can find just about anything you could want for furnishings here. Love the variety of storage items for every room and that there are so many creative items. Not just the basic white, black, metal stuff.

A typical big box store. They have a very large selection of home decor stuff. Everything from rugs, partyware, basic furniture and laundry hampers. Think of it as a competitor for Ikea's basic furniture items.

What I don't like is the quality of their merchandise. It's very mediocre and cheap across the board. There's a Swedish competitor with better quality merchandise across the board. A plus on the part of At Home is that the store is easier to navigate and has a more straight forward shopping experience without the gristle.

This place is worth checking out, especially for rugs, but it doesn't have anything that's unique or high enough quality to justify shopping here frequently.

Love the At Home store. You can find just about everything here. Always go on your day off. I spend about 3hours in this store because you have to see everything from both ends of the store. Awesome deals after any holiday.

This is always a fun place to shop lots of seasonal decorations along with regular home décor Pretty good prices always seem to have great sales

This store offers a lot of variety. If you're looking for specific furniture I wouldn't say that this store specializes in it, but if you're looking for home decor then this place is great. You can get lost in isles and isles, wondering around making decisions on what to buy...

2+ aisles of decorative pillows, 3 aisles of lawn furniture cushions!!!!! This place has it all!!!!! Amazing artwork, abundance of unique decor knick knacks.. Just awesome. Be prepared to spend 2 1/2+ hours in here... At least! So worth it

This place has a lot of staff which i guss is ok. It is hard however to get help in the store because you barely can find anyone on the floor except the cashiers.
But my biggest concern is how they designate what can be returned after purchase. I have shopped there several times and each time I checked with the cashier on the return policy and they all made it clear that you have 60 days to return if the item is not removed from the original package and you have the receipt. This last time I never checked with them before buying because I assumed everything in the store is guided by the same policy above. W e shopped for over $600 worth items We came home to realize that we picked wrong matress size among the things we bought so we decided to return it. When my husband returned it he was told that matress is one of the items that can not be returned. Unfortunately we had not checked the receipt to see the tiny inscription on the recept with that information. We are now stuck with a dull size matress that we had no plan for.
From now on I will buy things where I can return or exchange because there are many furniture stores that have that provision.
If you chose to shop there make sure you know all that is at stake. No assumptions.
