Biggby Coffee Drive-thru

LOVE biggy. The service is excellent and mo the owner is always on the up and up and the coffee is super awesome. I will go out of my way in the morning and get coffee from this location. The hot fudge brownie flavored coffee is the best!

I think they're using artificial banana flavoring now, at least my birthday beverage was free. Tuxedo muffin was fabulous & low risk drive thru.

Everyone here is aways very nice, great employees, mangers and owner. Their food and drinks are always good. Miss being able to go in and chill by the fire place.

My wife and I frequent this establishment atleast 3-4 times a week. Everything is always on par and the staff is wonderful.

I always have a great experience here. I bring my kids at least once a week. Friendly staff, clean store, and plenty of room (as well as an activity cube to distract my toddler with!).

I normally don’t leave reviews for food, but this is one of the most friendliest and cleanest location. Will be back, so glad I can just walk up here :) the mint hot chocolate was soooooo yummy!!

I really enjoyed this coffee place. Their smoothies are expensive but it's made of 100 percent real fruit. The place is very comfortable and soothing and it's a great place to relax. I recommend this coffee place.

Love the mint mochas, it's just so expensive!! It's actually cheaper than Starbucks if you get their loyalty card, but it requires you to buy 12 drinks before you see the benefit.

For a large coffee chain, Bigby actually has some pretty good coffee and friendly service. Sure, everyone in Michigan seems to be friendly, but Bigby seems to employ exclusively bright and cheerful folks who seem to want nothing more than to serve your coffee. The coffee is pretty good, definitely better than a normal chain shop, though not quite on par with a small specialty coffee shop. If you just need a coffee fix on the road, Bigby is definitely the place to stop.
