Biggby Coffee Drive-thru

I love how Biggby’s whole thing is that they’re so nice and respectful…. This is not true. Franchesca was so rude and impolite I will not ever return again. The workers here are so two-faced and trying to be something they are not. If you like workers that try to act nice to your face but are really snobs then go here. If you don’t then stay FAR AWAY from this place. The workers here also cannot properly prepare a coffee. They really just hire anyone here who can put on a two-faced show and portray themselves as happy and cheerful.

One of our favorite places to go. (Our dog also loves going and now knows the word Biggby 😂) The coffee is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the employees are always super pleasant and hard-working! Mo, the owner, is great as well! He always remembers us. April too! We won't go to any other Biggby.

I’ve been coming every Sunday for the longest time and I can’t believe I’ve been putting this off for the longest time. By far my favorite people! I appreciate them and how they treat their customers. Coming early in the morning and treating with their customers with such a happy attitude is so difficult and they do it amazing. By far my favorite Biggby and you guys will be seeing me and Bear so much more often!!

Ladies working there are very plesant and quick! Even cut my bragel into 4 pieces to make it easier for me to eat at work! It's my favorite location and close to home/work. I'll always pick that location if I can!

Every time I go to a different Bigby I am always disappointed but never here! The staff is amazing and very polite(: the coffees always come out great. Thanks for great service and great tasting coffee, you guys are the best!

I've been to so many Biggbys, and this location is by far the best I've ever experienced. I live nearby and I come here all the time. The baristas are always on top of their game with service and quality of drinks. They set the standard high for all Biggbys. I have honestly been disappointed at other Biggbys by their lack of flavor in espresso lattes but this Westland location NEVER disappoints. The owner, Mo, is super awesome too.

I really like the coffee. Love the frozen Mocha Nut with extra coconut. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly. I go about 2 time a week and am never disappointed.

The staff at this location is very friendly. They always have some sort of deal going on to make the coffee more affordable and my drink is always tasty. I prefer almond milk to regular dairy and they have never messed that up for me.

Just bought 2 large confetti cake lattes for $13 and they were so incredibly bitter and plain (the worst). They're advertised to taste just like confetti cake but fails and tastes like a regular (sugar free) latte. It's not worth the price, and would not recommend after this experience. I was excited to try the latte that tastes like confetti cake but instead it tastes like...Disappointment.
Ruined my life.
